BON CHEW & COWCOW,

to  Nature Furryday

hosted by da LLB-Crew,

and

hosted by AUNT YAM

there it hangs around… the thing what was our companion for a very long time. is that a sign? or just the common carelessness of our society? we take it as a sign that the promises to go back to normal in march is no empty one… if we make it to march and if there is a future for all of us with the  horrible things what happen  in europe…

…are ya ready for a nearly springish walk?

furst da daffodils, what jump out of da earth nearly over night…

and are that the right cowslips?

…then something beautiful in pink is it a kind of a camellia? or an early rhododendron?

…and because we could not find a rose for Rosy, we took a photo of the most beautiful blossom  we saw in that bush

HAVE A FUNNY FURRYDAY AND A HAPPY WEEKEND ALL

  1. Our hearts are sad for those poor peeps who are losing their country…and maybe their lives, too.
Your spring s way ahead of ours. n fact it is snowing here right now and very cold. We see discarded and lost masks all over the place, its the latest fad in litter/trash.

  2. I hope the worst of the pandemic is now past, but now we have Putin to worry about. What happened to carefree days?

  3. Our hearts ache for the Ukrainian people….It’s so sad. The pandemic may be slowing down but greed marches on.

Love and Hugs, Pam and Teddy

    • it was tragedy to watch the news… men have to stay and to fight, you say farewell to your dad, your husband your brother and you will never know if you see them again. people with pets sit in the trap, they can not go to a hotel with lots of dogs or cats or a horse…and now they said chernobyl got a strike and the radiation values go up…. :O(((

  4. So lovely to see the spring flowers coming into bloom, irrespective of plague and warfare.

  5. Sandra Hangey says:

you too make the beauty of the flowers pale by comparison. so handsome. I can’t wait for the mask to be a thing of the past, it was the worst part of the pandemic to me and Bob. Beau said it did not bother him. BOL… I started to fret about all my friends in Europe when i saw the war that is happening, I checked to see where all of you are and it looks like you are safe for now but it will still be devestating to all of Europe.

  6. That pic almost looks like a Weim with two heads!

We have also been seeing discarded masks here and there. People are disgusting.

    Woofs,
    Ollie

  7. Doug Thomas says:

I’m sad today, too, about Putin’s thuggery. Ukraine deserves better and the Russian people need to extract that megalomaniac from the Kremlin. Russians deserve better, too.

  8. My GBGV Life says:

Masks have created so much waste and people litter with them, they are a terrible thing. We hope they go away soon.

  9. Charles Huss says:

It feels like 1938 all over again, only Putin doesn’t have a stupid-looking mustache.

  10. The news today is so disturbing. Thank goodness for your beautiful spring flowers!

  11. I hope with all my heart that the pandemic is losing its power. It’s going to be hard to toss the mask. I feel the anxiety of not having it in a crowded store. What is happening to the the Ukraine people leaves me without words and incredibly sad. Your spring flowers are a bright spot this morning!

  12. Boyz
We are so very sorry and saddened by all the news from Ukraine. While working at NCSU I met so very very many students from Ukraine who shared beautiful stories of their home.

Today starting at 5PM (no clue why 5PM) the mask mandate for indoors will be changed to optional. After nearly 1 1/2 years I will have to adjust my mind to being around the world w/o one.

    Thank you for the roses.
    Hugs cecilia

  13. The world is a mess. Thanks for the flowers to brighten our day.

  17. lapaylor says:

we are worried on so many fronts
the war on disease, and the Russian aggression, our politics, the future of all the world when we have broken the environment. I hope your weekend passes well and you all continue to live safely
