Dear friends, we had a hard storm last, night and it looks awful outside… we have to fix some things today, so we are back moanday…

The weather is weird here too. One day it is freezing, the next the temperature is higher than normal, then freezing again. The amaryllis is beautiful.
That amaryllis sure did turn into a BEAUTY! They are fun to watch as they grow and bloom. We are struggling to be REAL Spring here – it’s cold but plants and trees and grass apparently don’t mind. Mom and Dad mind though – they want to put their heavy coats away!

oh oh, fix things doesn’t sound fun! it looks to us like you have scented a squirrel in that bright sun while looking at the moon. that second photo does look cold from here… sunrise our favorite time of the day
We are tired of the up and down weather. Either be warm or cold, but the back and forth is really making a mess of things.
It’s always good to see the sun.
Our mornings this week feel more like we are living at the North Pole. We are sorry you had some storm damage last night and hope it can all be easily fixed (with valuable assistance from two Weims, no doubt).

Sorry you had a bad storm…hope you’ll be able to fix things without a lot of DIY injuries and $$ spent.
We had a storm too, but it just dumped 7 or 8 inches of heavy wet snow on us…sheesh, the third time in as many weeks.
