for today we have a photo from may 2015… it was the great game Blogville Barkers vs. The Slayers… oh man that was a time…. and there were so much friends with us we miss so much…..
and today we honor one of the players… the number 32… Jakey
and look what came to us! tons of snow!
and even some parts of us were frozen, such a siberian cold!
we only went outside for business ….
…that was the best decision , before we end like that poor garbage can what met a car…
we also felt sorry for the palm tree who thought it is safe in britanny….
…and we will stay in bed till this sh*t is completely gone…
there are good signs… yesterday this was a snowman… today a small dirty heap…
and because we still have no roses for Rosy, we send her some red cyclamen from our window sill…

Brr! I didn’t know you got snow in Brittany, I thought you had the same sort of climate as us! We do get snow on the higher moors but rarely near the sea. I hope that little palm survives.
The weather this winter is crazy. You got so much snow at the same time here was raining and almost all the snow melted away.
WOW – snow – not fun to have to go outside and find a “safe” spot to do your business before your feet freeze! That little palm tree must be VERY confused!

We weren’t born yet, but Mom recognizes so many of those faces from 2015. Most of them will be greeting Jakey when he goes to the bridge.
I recongize many of the pets in the collage and miss all the bloggers from the past. thanks for honoring dear Jakey, we all love him and his family. that snow looks toooo cold for da paws for sure.. LOVE the blanket on YOUR bed, and the color too… so soft and warm and cuddly. we had to turn on our heat last night, and walked Beau in yet another brrr cold. no snow but we were cold, the weather changes daily, up and down and soon I will be moaning the fact of HEAT.
I am so jealous that you got snow! Send it here if you don’t want it there. Jakey has been a wonderful friend for so many years and we will truly miss him.
We are thinking a lot about our dear old friend Jakey this weekend.
Also, a little envious of your snow, but distressed for the palm tree!

Jakey was such a fun and eager pawticipant in so many many Blogville fun.
I loved your group photo and OMDs snow. As for the trash can, all our garbage, recycling and yard debris are collected early Tuesday mornings. We have to put them on the curb before bed time on Monday. Lo and behold about a year ago ours was brutally attacked by a hit and run driver. All 3 of ours have wheels for easy rolling to curb. That particular night the house trash can was hit so hard it knocked the wheels off and cracked the hard plastic. Thankfully we were able to get a new one with wheels.

What a great memory to honor Jakey with. We will miss him dearly. How fun that you got some snow. We finally got some here too!
Even the palm trees here haven’t been happy with our cold weather.

Gosh! What a terrific flashback! Kozmo and Cinnamon were excited to look at all the faces they remember from back then! We did not know you guys got snow. We are furry tired of ours. It fell early (at the beginning of November) and it is still here and still deep! We are supposed to get more this weekend (sigh). Stay warm guys and we LOVE your Cyclamen. Our Mom says she has a brown thumb and NOTHING is blooming here. Keep being awesome guys. Purrs Marv
