BON CHEW & COWCOW
for this years howloween post, we went to a really scary and haunted location… Le Gars-fut-tue of Loudeac.
we furst drove through da national forest of loudeac and boy! there were pheasants efurrywhere!!!!
we really had to look that none of that berds landed under da wheels, we have no clue if that counts as poaching too?
and the we finally landed at da haunted place…. accidentally da dad parked the black maria at the place where 2 pheasants jumped out of the bushes, da Nelly screamed Geronimo! and we had our dad in tow like a kite… with a miserable leap over a puddle and wet shoes he finished our wild hunt and the athmosphere was a little thundery…. butt who cares…
so this is the place where a young man of 21 years named Jean killed his friend Pierre Le Roy with a knife. Both loved the same girl and one night Jean was plastered and stabbed his friend in the forest of Loudeac. Pierre Le Roy fell on his knees and his elbows and the holes his knees and elbows pressed in the ground are still visible. The Legend says, those who try to fill the holes will die within one year. The young man who killed his friend, was sentenced to death November 11th 1710, executed and buried at cemetery Notre Dame des Vertus, Loudeac.
Till today the place, where the bad deed happened what ruined the life of two young men, is haunted and many people saw things around howloween there what scared them seriously… and to end with wet and dirty shoes is not the worst what can happen there…. just saying….
…we were glad to be back in our crib in one piece and we dreamed about the pheasants we missed because of our lame and clumsy dad….
HAPPY HOWLOWEEN TO Y’ALL
We used to see pheasants around here, before there was much activity as there is now…sadly they left for other haunts.
Whoops, you two dragged your poor dad through water and mud…that is scary enough! Hope other than being wet and muddy, he’s OK?
If you are that strong, maybe you should learn to pull a cart? BOL!
BOO!
WOW that is a bit of a spooky place! Too bad you didn’t grab a few pheasants while you were there but it’s nice that you were able to give your Dad a nice bit of exercise trying to keep you boys from catching your Halloween Dinner!!!! Happy SCREAM-O-WEEN!

The scary legend of Loudeac lives on. It does seem like the kind of place where pheasants would jump out and scary anyone walking through. Glad your Dad survived the kite ride.
Very spooky! Mud and spook go together, so it’s only right.
Love and Halloween licks,
