BON CHEW & COWCOW,

so da last thursday there was da Bastille Day in our country…. with music and food and drinks(too much) and a ginormous firework at midnight….

… we really wonder how much co2 will land in the air in such a night…

butt it’s important to celebrate with fireworks, the less you have to celebrate the louder the party has to be…

we were very brave and barked at the crapola they blew in the air but they sadly could not hear our swear words with all the boom&bang

….and da next day da nelly started immediately with making confetti for next years Bastille day..

after the party is always before the party, right?

HAVE A MAGIC MO(A)NDAY ALL

  1. We had lots of music here on our radio for *Your* holiday…in fact I am listening to a repeat of the broadcast right now!

Us pups just ignore those loud boomers…but MJF used to try to bark them away, too.BOL!

You’re a good confetti maker, Da Nelly…ya got a get an early start on such things:)

  2. WFT Nobby says:

Great job with the confetti Nelly. Who’s getting married?

  3. Good job making your own confetti – I’m sure the trashure store sells out of that popular item so making your own is just SMART!

  6. My GBGV Life says:

Mom was in Paris for the holiday years ago when she was a flight attendant. She said it was a really fun layover. Hope you all celebrated with food before the boomers started.

  7. Good job making your own confetti. I guess fire works are everywhere, no getting away from them!

  8. BOL BOL any day ‘after’ a part=ee that one is standing without support is a good day.

I have an idea for next time there is fireworks, get a Mega Phone and let Mom or Dad hold it in front of your barking mouths, that will allow you to be louder than the fireworks while blowing pink confetti in the air.. we are now wondering what Beau will do with three days of roofers using nail guns on our roof.

  10. Collecchio, Italy passed a law requiring ‘silent’ fireworks. Why can’t other cities pass similar laws that fireworks be made quiet?

  11. We think it’s a great idea to start on the confetti making so early. Just think how much you will have by the time the next Bastille Day comes around.

  12. Making confetti a year early is a smart move. Bummer about the fireworks. I don’t like them AT ALL!

  13. Lulu: “Bastille Day looks like a good time to go hide in the hall bathroom …”
Java Bean: “You do that, I’ll help with the confetti-making!”

  14. We hope you are managing to stay cool, guys!

    Woofs,
    Ollie
