while we went shopping we bought something very special and the mama said this is just for us…

it’s da AVON ice cream ball…

a little wonder thingy what gives you ice cream immediately…

…we were surprised  about the 45 ml (1.52oz) milk and the same amount of yogurt… that’s not much, right?

but you can fill the outer bowl of that ball with ice cubes and there you can use much much more, that’s good isn’t it?

after you put the whole crap together ….

you have to shake it around for 5 minutes or so

and then you actually get ice cream !!! yay! but only two lumps as small as berd sh*t … not even enough for a dwarf with eating disorder….

but it was tasty and next time we try the recipe with the  raspberries… you can use 3 pieces… 3 whole raspberries…wow!  that’s the all you can eat party!

…we have some doubts that baby jeesuz used that Avon ball as he fed the whole world… butt a day has 24 hours so the mama has enough time to produce more ice cream in an adequate weimaraner amount….

we have to say that we had no real ball with the Avon ball, but at least it was 99cents at the junk store, so we paid not even one Euro for a good laugh and that’s not too much, funny things are very rare this time…

  1. Well, at least it did work! Though what a meager portion!! BOL!

If you were camping the ice and salt would cost way more than the bit of milk and yogurt…Oy Vey!

D’ya know what… all that shake and shoogle to get that liquids to solids mean that one can work off the calories gained by eating that tiny tasty morsel… I think this has to be a bargain buy for many reasons!!! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

  5. At least it worked, but that is a lot of shaking for such a small amount of ice cream.

  6. Well as long as The Mama doesn’t mind shakin’ that ball 24 hours a day to keep up with the Weim herd’s need for ice cream – all is well!

    Hugs, Teddy

  7. Some ice cream is better than none!

  8. MadSnapper says:

the best thing I see about this ball, is it controls people that over eat. you would have to shake all day to get enough to make us get Fat. it makes the perfect for the two of you amount.. of course mom and dad don’t get any.. I have never seen anything like this. my mother had an ice cream churn that used the same stuff but it made enough for 20 people. my job was to turn the crank. about your trash pick up, I am going to do a post on our changes.. our city pickup has been super for 33 years, now it has changed and woo boy… we are in the same pickle you are

I guess if the machine isn’t very big, then the product won’t be big either. At least it worked.

  14. How fun to make your own ice cream but we think it’s much faster to just scoop it from the container in the fridge. BOL!

  15. Sometimes, a spoonful of that wonderful treat is just right. Enjoy your next taste, er bowl with the raspberries.

Your own ice cream maker is super cool boys, you’ll be keeping the Mama plenty busy!

  21. Lulu: “Hmm, what if you put the stuff in the ball and then instead of shaking it you go knock it around the backyard for a while? Then you get your treat but you also worked off the calories!”
Java Bean: “What kind of crazy dog are you, worrying about calories?”
Lulu: “Just wait until you’re not a puppy anymore and you’ll see.”
