da dad can be happy that he was walked by da Phenny, who is a weasel but no maniac like da Nelly…
… and we both are happy that all made it back in one piece , eggs-cept that sh*t leash…

I did not laugh at the broken leash, but laughed and laughed and laughed at the photos and expressions and words. so glad it was not on da nelly. the wooo woooo and the silly grin still has me smiling as I type.. the odd thing is, 2 days ago, i looked at Beaus leash and thought, i wonder if i need a new one, this one has been through 2 years of Big Boy and 19 months of Beau. Now I am headed to push the button on Amazon

The same thing happened to us recently. Our people must shop at the same store. Your flowers from Friday were beautiful. Lee and Phod (hour 41 with no power)
Argh, that’s so scary when it happens and THEN you spot the squirrel. We can’t help but wonder why leashes can’t be better made? Glad your Dad didn’t turn into a kite and that no one got injured.
I really dislike those clips! They put them on horse lead ropes too. Just imagine leading a horse that gets scared and tries to pull away. Every time those clips go ping! I always buy with the clip that is spring loaded and the leash/rope goes through the ring. I probably haven’t described it very well, but I have never had one break yet.
That can be scary if you got loose but we’re glad to hear you all made it home safely.

OMD!!!!! Thank DOG Phenny didn’t run off! Levi had his collar come off two or 3 times (once leaving the Vet and twice leaving daycare), now we have to check it each time to make sure they put it back on tight enough. It’s so scary to have something like that happen! If you didn’t have that leash very long you should write the manufacturer a letter with the photo you posted. Give them a piece of your mind……and…a piece of one of your cakes that says “FUCK” lol!! xoxo
We’re glad nothing bad happened and Phenny is safe.
Whew! We are also glad everypuppy(and Daddy) made it home safe….Its so scary when things like this happen!!

lol! that face is priceless… we now walk with a leash connected to halter and collar because something always snaps… good thing Phenny is a well trained, well behaved pup who walked back with the dad
