BON CHEW & COWCOW,

to  Nature Furryday

hosted by da LLB-Crew,

and

hosted by AUNT YAM

we love butterflies… they have something from childhood as we wished to have such colorful wings too … and we loved the idea to fly from flower to flower to take a snack here and there… and  we hoped that we will make such a transformation from a caterpillar to such a filigrane beauty,  loved by all people… but that were dreams and we tried to replace the wings with colorful clothes, booked an airline ticket to fly not from flower to flower, but from airport to airport… and for the transfomation… well the caterpillar is pretty cool, it smokes mysterious stuff in his hookah  and it has always weird comments to perplex people… that’s a good thing too isn’t it?

…and now lets look for some nature ….

we first cave a calla lily… it’s huge and although many people say this is a funeral plant, we love it

…and there are the two horses who enjoy the fresh grass….

…and da pony what enjoys da sun…

and our lilac what’s white and has still no scent…

…but it is beautiful anyway…

and while we looked around… we even found the first rose …

…for Rosy….

HAVE A FUNNY FURRYDAY AND A GOOD WEEKEND ALL

  1. You two sure know ow to find all thew beauty around you! Its still too cold here for butterflies…

  2. You all have lots of nice scenery – in your yard and even outside of it! We didn’t know calla lilies got so HUGE but my Mom has always loved their “grace” (whatever that is!).

    Hugs, Teddy

  3. Memories of Eric and Flynn says:

Nice to see the lovely views of nature. That Calla Lily is HUGE! Nice to see the horses and pony too. I think the horse on the right is quite old.
I was watching a butterfly fluttering around outside the kitchen window yesterday and a swallow swooped down and grabbed it.

  4. It is so nice to enjoy nature when the sun is shining and there are flowers everywhere!

    Woofs,
    Ollie

Butterflies are super pretty but we don’t see them very often. It looks very nice and warm where you are. Here it is still pretty cold and it is going to rain a lot this weekend. Olivia and Mom will get soaked doing nose work we think.

  9. I never saw a calla lily that tall! Wow! Sorry about the no-smell lilac. Another blogger told me her wisteria isn’t scented either. So sad! The smells are the best!

  10. I also love calla lilies. They are so graceful my favorite lily is a stargazer the scent is so pretty but BOY are they messy if you try to use them in an arrangement..

    Hugs Cecilia

  12. lapaylor says:

I loved the beauty you found and your words…. comparing our lives to the butterfly, remembering Alice’s fanciful trip, and the horses just enjoying life in the moment.

  13. Kismet says:

Butterflies are insects and insects are for eating.
