Hellmann’s sauce tartar….but they used a secret language, so no one bought it and there was enough in da box for the mama…
…and we tell ya, that sauce is the BEST sauce tartar we ever had… it is perfect for fish&chips and also for roesti and smoked salmon… if you see it in your stores, grab a whole box before it is gone…
… I don’t like that sauce, da Phenny… it sticks on our teeth and there much more of that tooth cleaning procedure in sight….. howly good da nelly…. you are such a hopeless case…

A good find in the junk store! I like Hellman’s tartare sauce too but can’t get it any more.

Oh my! That junk store has EVERYTHING! Mom buys Hellman’s mayonnaise but she hasn’t seen their tartar sauce. She’ll have a closer look next grocery day. Of course if it makes ME have to have my teeth cleaned I won’t be trying it……nothing is worth that torture!

Great find for da Mama. Our dad makes his own with mayo and sweet pickle relish. Hey, Nelly, it’s great to get your teeth brushed! We get neem oil mixed in with coconut oil, and we come running to get our teeth brushed with that yummy stuff! (Mom found out that the doggie toothpaste that’s popular in the stores has stuff in it that causes cancer!) Your friends, Lucy and Xena

Our mom says she used to have tartar sauce on fish sticks when she was a kid. It’s been many years since she has had any though.

I love tartar sauce! I have never tasted Hellmann’s. We usually make our own. I am going to give Hellmann’s a try next time I food shop.
Well, around here we eat a lot of various fish, but we never use tartar sauce!
So we will leave it on the shelves for others, are we not polite??! BOL!
We like Xena’s idea for the doggy toothpaste; we might have to try that too. We have those things in our den already…sheesh,petcretary you didn’t know??

That is in fact the BEST tartar sauce ever. It is our Dad’s favorite. But sadly Hellan’s is no longer making it. Mom says her last jar is down to just about one serving:(
