to  Nature Furryday

hosted by da LLB-Crew,

to FFF-FURRYDAY hosted by Aunty YAM…

look how da corn grew during the last days with  lots of sun… that means we will change our walk ways… because the mama always thinks Randall Flagg lures in one of da fields…. it’s a little silly how a book and a movie can have so much influence on our daily life, isn’t it? but nevertheless, the stage ist like set for The Last Stand, if we look around we see some similiarities… and we wonder that probably only the mama read that book, otherwise the leaders of our slice earth would make different decisions…

…so we hit da road and waddled to another area…

…but that looks like a rotten prairie and boy! there are ticks inside bigger than a horse….

….and we are curious what way the mama will pick now… that with Randall Flagg or that with da ticks?

….that with da salad says da hell-mut…..

and with 87 yellow roses for Rosy, we wish you a funny furryday

we will go on a short howliday to see our grandpawrents and to manage our future heritage. We hope we are back in 14 days or so and if you need us or if you need duct tape, you can email us or you can send an sos via messenger…

  4. What a glorious abundance of roses for Rosy today.
Enjoy your trip to the grandpawrents boys, and don’t do anything I wouldn’t.
(That leaves the field wide open…)

  6. Hari OM
Good gracious – walking is becoming a hazardous activity – at least in the mind of the mama!!! You all travel safely now, y’ hear..? Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

  7. So you’re going to visit your Grandpawrents? Does that mean you will come home with BIG BAGS of new toys and food????? Good! You all deserve a break so have fun. Don’t bring back any new ticks to populate your fields or backyard, and try to behave yourselves as much as pawsible. My Mama didn’t read “The Last Stand” but she did read “The Stand” by Stephen King and THAT was scary enough thank you! See you when you get home!

    Hugs, Teddy

  8. We love your story and that is why mom refuses to read scary books! Have a wonderful holiday with your grandpeeps!

  9. My GBGV Life says:

How nice things are growing so well. We don’t have any rain, just heat and humidity so the crops are not growing. It is sad outside, really. Watch out for those giant ticks, they are nasty!

  10. BOL BOL it is amazing how books and movies can stay with us years and years after we see/read them.
My purrsonal issue is with The Birds movie by Mr. Hitchcock. I love back yard birds of all kinds but lots of Crows and their noises remind me The Birds.
Happy Friday and I hope and purr Mama had not freeloading parasites
    Hugs Cecilia

We don’t like cornfields. The only good thing that came out of them was Shoeless Joe.

Whoa! A tick as big as a horse? I guess that we’re lucky because you cannot grow corn up high in the mountains. So we are safe.
