This time we traveled to Switzerland to present you a typical recipe….
SPAETZLE with crispy onions & cheese
we bought the Spaetzle from the store, but you sure can make them at home, if you are brave enough… here is the recipe
you need: oil or butter, Spaetzle, grated cheese, light cream, roasted onions… some spices like pepper and salt…
..throw da spaetzle in a pan with some oil or butter and let them roast till they are golden brown. add the spices and then add the pack of cooking cream….stir it well and let it cook for some minutes to reduce the liquid. and then add the cheese and stir it slowly under your spaetzle and throw them on a plate immediately
add the roasted onions and maybe some salad if you want as a side dish and….
…and run away from the table like hit by a lightning after you finished you meal…
…and let the poor pups do all da kitchen work!
