BON CHEW & COWCOW,

and  FFF-FURRYDAY

… wow that’s quiet da look….  so here we are with our story:

Once a woman wanted one diy-project after another… she had more ideas than fleas sit on a dog. Her husband who was willingly, to keep the domestic peace, said it will be toooooo eggs-pensive to do this or that or that or this. But the woman said there are no pockets in da last shirt, come on, let’s do it. The man  was an eggs-pert in diy-projects, specially for duct-taperism and he did what she wanted with using 87 rolls of junk-store duct tape… and after da diy-cowboy couple went to bed and woke up da next morning, they found themself back on a pile of rocks and rubble, because under da pressure of 17 tons of duct tape their crib collapsed. All what they owned  was da last shirt what greeted them from a build-in wardrobe high above…. and because that last shirt has no pockets, there was no moneeh inside nor a cigarette butt….  and the moral of that tale…paws off from diy-project, they mostly end with  bale.

…look what we got in our garden…

…da camellias are in full swing… the white ones…

…and da red ones too….

…and while walking we saw something scary in our walking area…

… a big yellow thing appeared…

….and our walking are became a giant swamp….

…and after we ran our paws off….

…we found lots of yellow roses for Rosie…. in January. In Brittany. A miracle.

….and that deserved a long nap in our blanket cave…

HAVE A FUNNY FURRYDAY AND A GOOD WEEKEND ALL

I hate to see these yellow things!!!! They found your place too… You know in here everywhere are being digged for building a new concrete hills. So I hate. Anyway, I really love your human mom’s DIY ideas… but the team doesn’t work well I think, the assistants are not good. But at the end, you are all great, I love you all. Have a nice day for you all, Thank you, Love, nia

  3. Oh, MY!! What a crumbly and rocky tale that was!!

What on earth is happening at your walking area. What a big muddy mess. UGH.

Beautiful blooms! In the deep of winter.

  4. We love your roses and camellias but I want you to know there are no fleas on this dog…
    Toodle pip!
    Bertie.

  5. That was a very rude yellow thing to turn your walk to mud 😦

  6. Roses and camelias, I envy you here between the snow mountains.

  7. Hari OM
BOL – I knew this pickchewer would speak to you of all things DIY!!! Pawfect. As are the camellias and roses – what a find in this winter weather. Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

  8. Memories of Eric and Flynn says:

Oh no, that was a DIY disaster, and it looks like the yellow digger is another one.

  9. Well that’s quite a story! I think DIY is always a challenge – but for your Dad, it’s a HUGE challenge and should never involve a ladder, a saw, or electricity! HAHAHA

    Hugs, Teddy

  10. Those camellias look lovely! And you look so cozy, tucked up in bed!

    Woofs,
    Ollie

  11. My GBGV Life says:

It looks so much like summer at your place but then we saw the mud puddle and Mom is now happier than ever that we have winter where everything is frozen. For some reason, she doesn’t like mud. Happy weekend. Stay warm in your cave!

  12. My mom is a huge fan of duct tape but it can’t fix everything☺ LOVE your camellia and it’s so wonderful that you can still find roses in January!

  13. Do you really think the couple in your story learned their lesson about DIY projects? You didn’t really lose your paws, did you? Our Mom gets chided for fixing everything with duct tape, too. XOX Lucy and Xena

  14. Brian says:

DIY can be almost as scary as that big yellow monster!

  15. Boys let me just say over the years your Dad has learned happy wife, happy life…I give him kudos for all his willing pawticipation in the DIY projects.
After reading your FFF and seeing the bit Volvo I’m wondering if maybe Dad needs a mini volvo for his DIY
    Love the roses for Rosy!!
    Hugs Cecilia

  19. Sandra Hangey says:

wow on roses in January.. that was quite the DIY project, I noticed no pockets on the shirt to, but your imgination took it much further than I did. guess i can’t write dog book fiction. or maybe this was TRUE… we once had one of those scary yellow thing in our driveway for a week. what a mess, what a NOISE..

  20. Best to stay away from those big scary things and the muddy puddles they make. Enjoy your snoozing time. Happy Friday!

  21. Lavinia Ross says:

Looks like a big building is going into that place where the backhoe was working. Hope that does not spoil future walks!

  22. We LOVED your DIY story! Sounds like our crib too! Except it is the Mama and the Brudder! Mom laughed so hard, the coffee came out her nose! And what is going on at your walk spot! Are you guys going to run in that and bring all the mud into the crib? And we are furry jealous. You guys have spring popping out all over and we are getting MORE SNOW! No flowers here… And the deer ate Mom’s rose bush…Have a marvellously Happy Day!

  23. Lulu: “Whoa, I’ve dug a few holes in my time, but if I had a machine like that I could really put a serious dent in our gopher population!”

  24. Gosh the camelias are so beautiful! That swamp area seems ominous. Hope you have a good weekend finding more Brittany roses and sunshine.🌹🌞

  30. The blanket cave is the BEST place to be after a rough day. Also after a good day or a medium day.
