BON CHEW & COWCOW,
to Nature Furryday

hosted by da LLB-Crew,

…a walk trough da siberian botany…

…and we feel for the ducks what are glued to da water… maybe with duc(k)t tape?

..and we saw 358 seagulls… we wonder… they belong to da sea and not to da lake, right?

…butt we also found a rose for Rosy… a miracle… butt it is still there…
HAVE A FUNNY FURRYDAY AND A GOOD WEEKEND

Even in the bleakness of winter there is beauty, be it stark and cold or miraculous as is that pretty rose!!
Don’t you get woolly mammoths in Siberia??
I think we also have 358 seagulls here. Every morning they land in our top field to check if there is anything interesting in the horse poop. They make such a racket and I wish they would go back to the sea.
WOW that’s quite a like of seagulls on the lake…..are they playing “follow the leader” ????
Hugs, Teddy
You are making us laugh with the duck tape 🙂 How wonderful that you keep finding roses in the winter!
We’ve got seagulls on a lake here too!
The weather man showed a map and the whole Europe was dark blue, terrible cold. We saw about a week ago swans flying to the south. They stay here until the lakes are totally frozen, so also your ducks maybe are our summer guests.
brahahahahah duck tape. love it… sea gulls are called that because they love the sea so it is odd they are on your lake Unless the sea is a short flying distance. our Walmart store is 3 miles from the beach and the parking lot is always full of gulls eating the trash that HUMANS throw down in the parking lot
No seagulls here, but lots of ducks duct taped to the water that isn’t frozen! Happy Friday!
We sometimes see seagulls at our lake too, they must get confused easily!
At my park, the water turned all hard. The ducks and geese couldn’t swim or eat from underwater. They could just walk around and slide. #ice
Love and licks,
Cupcake
That is a beautiful walk along the water. And you still have roses!
We have lots of seagulls on our lakes too but ours is a Great Lake so maybe that counts.
Aren’t the seagulls on the lake entitled to a winter vacation?
Phenny, Nelly and Staff there is something quite magical in pictures this time of year.
Maybe due to the fact that most of my life there have been colored photos. Now I’m finding the absence of color beautiful
Happy Friday

At least you got out and about… AND found a rose. Meanwhile, I just see the world through blogging eyes!!! Hugs and wag,s YAM-aunty xxx
That looks way too cold to us!
The Florida Furkids
I can’t believe you still have roses.
We love the nature walk! We don’t see sea gulls here in the mountains! Especially here in the winter and another thing we don’t see is roses! Thanks for watching Marv’s Opine at Feline Opines! He agrees that sharing is over rated. Have a Marvellously Happy Day! (and Weekend).
beautiful so beautiful and rose… Thank you, have a nice weekend, Love, nia
We think the ducks don’t get cold, but we don’t know why. And Mom thinks “sea gulls” is something called a misnomer. I wonder if that’s like I’m Miss Lucy.
That’s a whole lotta sea gulls, even for a lake! Happy weekend.
Those roses pop up everywhere, don’t they!! I wonder if those seagulls were looking for some warmer waters and they found your lake??
Thanks so much for my Rosy Rose!
xoxo,
Rosy
It looks dark and dreary there….just like here….how lucky to find a rose!!
We have seagulls here that circle grocery store parking lots – and we are miles inland. Of course, in certain parts of Lake Erie, they have bay-gulls.
Mew mew mew Phenny an Nelly THE duckiess have sorta waterproof wingss to innsulate them an keep them warm. An they have NO nervess inn their duckie web feet so they do not get cold feet!!
An sea gullss were at sea butt then found guud food from Hu’manss innland an now they are efurrywhere gullss!! 😉

You were wise to count the seagulls.
Oh, what a FABulous walkie! All kinds of burdies to bark at! 😂
And that rosebud is quite the find boyz! I am sure Rosy is blushing
Kisses,
Ruby ♥
Lulu: “Those seagulls must be a little confused. Or maybe one of them saw a French fry floating in the lake and they are all hoping to find another one!”
A rose in January is very special!
Hello ducks!
Duck tape on ducks!!! Ha ha ha!!!
Bejeebers you made me even colder than I am. We have had Graupel, which is a kind of hybrid frozen precipitation it hard on the paws. Yep hybrid frozen precipitation not the ordinary type of precipitation I get the dam hybrid precipitation.
Sweet William The Scot
How fun to see some duckies!
I love the little rose. Have a happy weekend pups 🐶♥️
