BON CHEW & COWCOW,

grab your helmets and take cover…. we have a new diy project… yay!

… the mama is in lockdown-ism and she has to entertain the family, before we all get cabin fever and it has to be right now before da junk store and da diy-cowboy stores close their doors…

… victim of her idea was da wardrobe this time… it is full to da brim and not even da coat rack could hold all that stuff she hoarded there… even when she said our DAD has too much stuff…

…and while da Nelly guarded her stuff what’s according to her HIS stuff…

…I did my best to be indaway… because I’m a pro…

… and I checked efurrything and dragged some parts away to places I will not tell…

…da dad was super happy about my help and I enjoyed his gratefulness…

…although he still has a problem with THANK YOU, he  thinks it starts with an F…

… butt that’s nothing a seasoned diy-cowboy-dog can fix, that needs a speech therapist…

…and like always when dads do something they need 87 assistants, like the mama who waited since july with the rod over her head, because HE! was on da phone and went out to smoke while she waited for him with da rod in her hand  like a furgotten pole dancer…

…such incidents lift up da mood and they bring the best party athmosphere ever…

… and so the emotions were on top as da Nelly started to sort out some things he would throw away…

… and it couldn’t be better with ending hammered … that’s the goal of every jamboree, right?

…butt da highlight was da fabulous rod covered with a wooden paneel…

… to install the panel close to da rod looks good butt there is no space to hang something there apart from da unhappy diy-er, whose name is d(e)ad …

… and the question is, will we ever see da new wardobe with pomp and circumstance? … or will it stay unfinished like da Ryugyong Howltel of northern Korea?

… the answer is blowing in da wind… butt stay tuned for another idea of the mama… the lockdown lasts till December 1st, so there is enough time wreck da whole crib…

HAVE A MARVELOUS MO(A)NDAY ALL

We can help you Weimies by wrecking our den too…the barricade we had here, had to be taken down so pawppy wouldn’t trip over it…so we have a ton more space to make mischief in…Tee-hee!

Thanks for the kind words for Pipo, we appreciate it a lot. And for the get well wishes for pawppy.

oh noooo! I know what means all these things, it happened to us too because of our three Little Big Cats! They altogether wanted to jump top of the line and everything fell down… Still they suppose that it is a kind of a game place… Made me smile. Never ends DIY projects in the home… Thank you, Love, nia

Uh oh……. everyone duck!!! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

  4. OH NOOOOOOO! Well when we read “DIY” we wondered what interesting project your Mama came up with for The Dad to do…..in theory it could have been great but not having room to hang a hangar is a definite “NO GO”….The idea was good but the production was a little FAULTY. Darn. Well you boys got to watch all the fun anyway (and hear all the bad words too!). Wonder what else The Mama will come up with for DIY – you know we’ve practically see your parents rebuild the house a few times in the past years – ANYTHING GOES!!

    Hugs, Teddy (and his Mom)

  5. We have been missing your great DIY projects 😀

  6. My GBGV Life says:

Mom says she hated that closet thing in Europe. Here they come built into the house, so easy, and usually plenty of space. In Germany, she could never fit everything into those closets they had to build. Good luck with the project.

  7. Oh Boy Boys!!! Here in our casa I ‘share’ a master closet with Dad of Angel Madi….BUT wait…there is more. I have all my seasonal clothes in the closet that was formerly the closet of favorite sis of Angel Madi…..and there might be more ‘stuff’ in another closet too. But in my defense I am trying to remember the organization rule: if you don’t wear/touch/use in a season it needs to GO.
    Hugs cecilia

  8. This is hysterical especially the part where the mama is holding the pole while the dad takes a break. Raising the shelf shouldn’t be too hard…right?

  9. Brian says:

Dang boys, you sort of left us hanging MOL!

  10. Sandra Hangey says:

I am howling with laughter, you see this is what happens when we do a project, words that start with F and EMOTIONS RUN HIGH. i can see and hear this progject, with your photos and my imagination. the final sentence just had me rolling on the floor.
he lockdown lasts till December 1st, so there is enough time wreck da whole crib…brahahaha and i am waiting for more stories.

  11. Sandra Hangey says:

pee-sss what if you got a second rod, hung 3 chains from the rod that is there and hung the rod on the chains.

  12. Oh. My. Word! They’re at it again! Look out boys! You better put your helmets on! 🤣🤣

  13. Kismet says:

Has your Dad ever thought about fixing the pandemic? The virus would flee in horror, never to be seen again.

  14. Cupcake says:

My first guess was that the rod would be too close to the ceiling. Fixing the closet is a job that can last and last. At LEAST till December 1st! Lockdown problem solved….

    Love and licks,
    Cupcake

  15. For a minute we thought this as going to be a super successful DIY project!!!

  19. Why do builders of European homes/apartments think people only need tiny kitchens, appliances, bathrooms and closets? We even have our own drawer ples front closet space for our sweaters, coats, t-shirts, scarves, jammies and such! XOX Xena and Lucy
