BON CHEW & COWCOW

to a new epawsode of Angel Sammys and Teddys Pawetaton in pigtures….look what they found for this week…

…ooooh home sweet home…..

The sweetest dream of a perfect home

often ends in a diy-syndrome.

So buy a house never when your senses are slowed

or you will end totally bungalowed…

To seal a house deal with  endless swill

ends in slavery till you write your last will.

….such a house has a lock on ya, right?

HAVE A PAWETIC THURSDAY ALL

Everything I have ever lived in until this house was a DIY project even when I was renting apartment I always moved in and had to paint everything before I could stand to live in it. This house had had a fire in it and was totally remodeled when we bought it but that was 31 years ago and now we still live in a DIY house but don’t have the energy or the money to do anything to it

  3. So incredibly true… don’t we know right now!

  4. Very clever but sadly true!

  5. There’s always some diy project in any home – the trick is deciding whether you REALLY want to do it or not.

  6. We enjoyed your poem about that beautiful cottage. Maybe it wouldn’t be such a bad DIY fail.

  7. Bravo Da P and Da N
Having your own home is fabulous but boyz they do requires lots of TLC and DIY
    Hugs Cecilia

  8. Kismet says:

Oh NO-you used the DIY word.

  9. What a beautiful home and yes, owning does require constant maintenance.

  10. Brian says:

That was a terrific poem boys, it that your new house?

  11. HAHAHA………that’s a REAL GEM of a poem for this photo and yep – I would think you’d enjoy being in this kind of house but just think of the MAINTENANCE!! Of course the Weims could keep the foliage trimmed (yummy) but the rest? $$$$$$

    Hugs, Pam (and Ted)

  12. I just bought a house and I already can relate. The perfect poem for me today. But hey, I get to have a dog so it’s worth it… for now.

  15. The OP Pack says:

No matter where you live there is always something new that needs to be worked on. It seems that way here all the time. We keep wondering what will the peeps dream up next.

Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber

  16. Cupcake says:

Your family has taught us to be wary of DIYing. I’m pretty sure a house that looks like that would not need a whole lot of work.

    Love and licks,
    Cupcake

  17. Even pristine beautiful homes need the occasional DIY project. 😇

  18. edgar62 says:

All true, but sometimes DIY projects that we start ourselves can be fun and rewarding – it’s not all bad – mostly :o)

  19. I would love to live in that house if I had a full staff for the yard and house and repairs!

  20. Memories of Eric and Flynn says:

That’s a great poem, but it is true that there is always something that needs doing.

  21. Lee and Phod says:

Hope the birthday celebrations were great. That is a house fit for us!
