and welcome to a new epawsode of our funny cooking contest… and together with da CANADIAN CATS, we present you today:

you need: puff pastry, veggies you like  – fresh or frozen, anything goes, spices you prefer  and a butter-lemon sauce . We used a store made sauce, what was very good, but if you want, you can prepare your own with this recipe

-pre-heat your oven to ~ 400 F

…check if you have all things you need…

… prepare your butter lemon sauce

…roll out the puff pastry and make some holes with a fork, so it will not become a bumpy thing …

… place the veggies on da puff pastry (if you use frozen ones, roast them a little in a pan, to make them tastier and to remove the wetness), use the spices you like

… add the sauce to da veggies and throw da whole thing in your oven for 20 minutes or till you see the pastry is raising and golden brown

… remove it and wait for a minute, the veggies hold the heat much better than a hot water bottle

… and now…. DIG IN!

… we added a green salad, but it was neither dry nor not enough, so you probably will not need it…

…and if you want you can add a little soy sauce to pimp it up…
