Rain or no rain, that was a worthwhile walkies!!! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

  3. We love gunnera — at Logan Gardens in Scotland you can walk in a gunnera forrest!

  4. That gunnera looks likes our rhubarb. Please, send us some rain, our nature is crying for water. Do you have midsummer feasts there in Ranska?

  5. The gunnera is huge and makes a very decent umbrella! Love the roses.

  6. Oh my!! Rainy days means MUD and mud means FUN. Looks like that gunnera monster was a perfect shelter from the rain. So duck poop is a delicacy in Brittany??? Like snails???

    Hugs, Teddy

  7. I always look forward to the roses for Rosy on Fridays! Lovely pink today. That is one big healthy plant!

  8. My GBGV Life says:

Bummer it rained on your walk. We are not into duck poo, but Canadian Goose poo is a favorite and our Mom goes nuts when we try to grab some.

  9. BOL BOL BOL nuttin’ says thank you better than pee mail!!
That is one huge rhubarb plant…for sure I would not want to it the rhubarb is would be 87 x’s string and tough.

  10. Zoolatry says:

How’s come you watered daPlants when it was raining?

  11. Sandra Hangey says:

Well that plant does look like it might have come from Jurassic Park! And it does a good job of hiding dad! It looks very much like what my dad always planted every year in his garden called yellow squash. The leaves Look Alot Like It. I wonder if it has vegetables or fruit that grow on it. Glad you got out even though you did have to walk in the rain a little

  12. A dino plant! Dad was brave scooching in there – it could have been a wormhole back to Jurassic Park…where the ducks might be really really big producing….duck delicacy big enough to be a duck mud bath rather than a spa milk bath.
Weird things happen in rain – beware there!
(Scorching dry here with African dust cloud on the way. Sigh.

  13. Kismet says:

I can supply you with all the bird poop you want.

  14. Brian says:

WOW boys, that really is a Jurassic Park plant, hope it didn’t eat your Dad!

  15. That Jurassic plant is a beauty. Maybe your dad is playing dinosaur – crawling out from under.

    Love and licks,

  21. Memories of Eric and Flynn says:

Duck poop? You boys are as bad as Eric was. He had a thing about pheasant poop. He didn’t eat it but he had to roll in it and rub his face in it!

  22. Could you send some of that rain to us please? That sure is a big plant. We’re glad it didn’t swallow your dad. BOL!

  23. Yuck on the duck poop but it was pretty pawsome that you found a plant that was Dad sized.

The sound of rain makes me want to pee. I can do it whenever I want but I know it makes Daddy want to pee too and he can’t pee outside so I go slow just to torture him.

  27. Oh, I don’t likes the rain either boyz, butts looks like you and your peeps found some fun stuffs! GOOSE POOP???? SCORE!
    Ruby ♥

  28. We here will gladly take your rain for a while…its good to share, right??

What a humongous plant! Apparently its a kind of rhubarb and edible…good to know if you get lost and are hungry…wonder if that might grow here?? Hmmm.

  29. M. K. Clinton says:

We don’t like to go out in the rain. Mom said we are spoiled but we are just trying to save her from stinky dog smell. No appreciation. That plant is amazing!!

  30. Lavinia Ross says:

Those are huge leaves! I see it here places.

  31. Pawkisses for a Happy Dad’s Day to your special Dad, sweet furry furriends🐾😽💞
