it’s da coffee dalgona… recipe here
… you mix sugar (or stevia), instant coffee and a little hot water in a bowl with an egg beater…
… till it gets a bright and creamy texture…
… then you fill your glass with milk , hot or icy cold like you want, add the cream on top… and VIOLA… coffee is ready…
…it gives you a real energy boost… well as if we would need that , right?

Interesting! This drink looks gorgeous.We have been drinking a coffee near that for years. Demerara sugar or sugar in the cup two teaspoons, instant coffee one or two tps, some drops water, so it gets a little bit wet, then whisp it with a spoon until it is soft and shiny, add boiling water and it’s ready, add milk if you want, but great also without. I learned this in Israel over thirty years ago.

That sounds good. We drink instant coffee and add sugar free Coffee Mate Chocolate and top it with homemade whipping cream. It’s delicious!

Yeah, we don’t think you boys need any caffeine! Luke would love this though; when he was a puppy he was always trying to drink out of my coffee cup in the car!
We live in a house where no one drinks Coffee, can you believe it?
We use Stevia all the time. But here, the rule is it’s never too hot for coffee.
Mom drinks a little coffee, she is more of a tea peep. But she thinks your drink looks very tasty too.

That seems like a taker on Cafe au lait! Yummy! We like monk fruit ( lo huan ) as a sweetener in coffee, better than stevia…which gets used a lot here too.

OMD, you knows what??? our local teevee station had a chef on remote that showed how to do this same exact drinkie! Since Ma only drinks coffee in the morning, she didn’t make it, butts it looks REALLY good! How was it???? ask your MOms for my Ma, k?
