AWWWHOY!

To cross the waves of all seven seas

surrounded by a fab fresh breeze.

when the ship is rolling and swaying around

in foam and fog from a dusty cloud.

when inside fall the dishes from da table

and you want to escape butt you are not able…

and when no end is in sight for that spook…

then hang your head over da bord wall and…. p.ke.

…boy da Nelly  you are da N-emesis of da poetry world…. a true bowk-et…

… hi hi hi hurl-arious and  very spew-cial, right?

  1. Petcretary says she would join DaNelly in those ‘pastimes’ if she was in that boat…

Yesterday at work a lady was setting the table, and she shook out the table cloth…and forgot there were glasses, and other dishes on the table…and crash, down they went! Splinters and shards all over the carpet in the dining room…and peeps are there in their socks sometimes…Oopsie…And there was not even a boat to blame, let alone rough seas…BOL!

  2. Hurl-arious indeed. Phenny, you are the poet to end all poets…

I agree, that looks like a very puke inducing trip!

  5. HAHAHA……we think you did a great job with your poem this week to go with that “upsetting” photo of a rocky ride on a boat. I’m sure there was a lot of puking going on among the crew – which had nothing to do with what they had for breakfast that day !!!!

    Hugs, Teddy

  6. Totally frightening and puke worthy!

I think I would need an indoor bucket on that boat!!! In fact, just the imagery of the poem is making us queasy.

  16. This was such a wonderful poem to go with that picture. We would not last very long on that type of boat ride. Thanks for the share. Have an excellent rest of your day.

  17. Jan K says:

That’s why we like to keep our feet (and stomachs) on dry ground! BOL
