BON CHEW & COWCOW

to NATURE FURRYDAY BY DA LLB-CREW

… the weather was good yesterday, we had some rain and the heat was gone, so let’s take a walk…

…efurrything looks a little like tobacco, it’s dry and burnt from the sun, butt we hope that the rain helped a little to make the grass greener on both sides of da fence…

…and one of us helped the nature in his own way….

… there were not much flowers just that yellow thingies and the mama needed hours to take a photo of that weed….

… now what the mama? spit in your socks this is a walk and not a wait…

… and like everywhere  here we have the corn, butt fortunately no crow nor Randall Flagg, butt the mama started to waddle a little faster and she even grabbed our leashes to pass that part with 8 paw drive and weim-speed…

…and boy we did our best to help her to leave that corn field behind….

…but because she is a human she has to be ungrateful and instead to come up with some treats for us she just promised that we do more training now. As if it isn’t enough to work  87 hours in the evening that we stumble in our bed dogtired and that  we even forget to screech at our dad when he goes to bed….

…and with a rose from our backyard for Rosy we wish you a

SUPER FURRYDAY AND A GOOD WEEKEND

  1. 87 hours of training?
Surely there is nothing left to learn.
    Toodle pip!
    Bertie.

  2. Memories of Eric and Flynn says:

That was very thoughtful of you both to go into 8 paw overdrive before Randall Flagg appeared. He is definitely not someone she (or you) wants to meet in the cornfield.

  3. Gosh you two are training for what? The Weim-o-lympics? I’m sure you can get in and get the gold. Another thing you could do for The Mama is let her hook a cart up to the two of you – with all that Weim-power I bet you could pull her along that trail and give her a nice ride!!!

    Hugs, Teddy

  4. Hari OM
…is there another show-test coming up that the mama was despawrate for practice time. She needs it I guess… hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

  5. My GBGV Life says:

There is no corn on the corn plants…not good. Nice you had a good walk and the weather is better. It is still too hot and humid here to enjoy time outdoors.

  6. Wow, what a difficult day you had. Yesterday we had a lot of rain which kept it cool for a while, but then it got very hot and humid. Today will be even worse. At least we don’t have to be outside for 87 hours. 😁. Have a great weekend.

  7. Good that you were able to get a walk in! I took Ducky for a walk inside the pet supplies store yesterday because the humidity was just too high for me to walk outside.

  8. We also had some rain (2mm) yesterday and that felt very good. It was also nice that it was little cooler, but it will be hot again next week!
    Have a good weekend, guys!
    Woofs,
    Ollie

  9. Love the beautiful yellow rose! We don’t have corn here yet either and we can’t wait!

  10. Brian Frum says:

You do have a very pretty Rosy rose!

  11. Cecilia Upchurch says:

    Dear Twinies!!
I am glad to hear the hots left you and you got some rain.
BOLBOL looks like your pp worked wonders you got yellow flowers!!
Good job keeping the Mama on a short leash, I know she tends to get off course
    Hugs Cecilia

  12. It looks like you two had a great walk and nobody ended up on their butt. That sure is a pretty rose and perfect for Rosy.

  13. Kismet says:

No crows in the cornfield? The scarecrow must be doing his job. Be on the lookout for the tin man and also the cowardly lion.

  14. It’s great that you were able to get a walk-in after the rain. We can’t even walk outside before passing out. Thanks for taking us on your nature walk. Have a wonderful day.

  15. You two are too cute. I’m glad you’re helping nature in your own way. We should all do that. Well, maybe not the same way you’re helping, but you know what I mean.

  16. lapaylor says:

it’s like driving a team of horses! The Mama looks very fit holding onto you two trainers!

  17. Training is overrated. I prefer to use my imagination when Mom talks to me. I know she is OK with that because she calls me the name Wacko. That’s good… Right…?

    Love and licks,
    Cupcake

  18. What is it with huMoms and their training fixation? We dogs don’t need no stinkin’ training. Hopefully the heat will stay away and more rain will help the corn and those ‘tobacco’ plants.
    Your fur-iends,
    Sam & Elsa 🐾

  19. It looks like you peed on the ground and a pretty flower grew

  20. The cornfield growing on the side of our walking trail is about 10 feet high now and just seems like it’s ready to swoop on down and devour anyone stupid enough to walk the path. It’s very unsettling…

  21. The OP Pack says:

It is too hot for long walks here, but we hear there might be a break next week. The corn crop around here is very late and Mom thinks all the flooding is going to make it pretty pricey. And not too long a season:( She just LOVES fresh corn on the cob.

We do love that yellow rose.

Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber

  22. Bella, Roxy and says:

You wee’d and up popped a weed!! That’s where they come from……..

    Great walk…at weim speed.

  23. Deziz World says:

You boys have such great adventures. So many purretty things to see in your pawrt of the world. Big hugs

    Luv ya’

    Dezi and Raena

  24. Our corn is way ahead of yours and you’ve had all the heat. Mom likes the yellow weeds. Nice and bright. Although she does say the rose is the best.

    Shoks

  25. Thank you so much for my Rose boyz!!

What a pawsome walk, Mama would have made us RUN past that corn field. Randall Flagg is not someone she wants to deal with either!!
    xoxo,
    Rosy

  26. KB says:

Beautiful rose for Rosy!!!!! I love the corn field. You could play hide and seek in it!

  27. Idaho PugRanch says:

We would not want to meet Randall Flagg either!!! Like the double leashes, maybe you can get the mama a skateboard to ride on and you two can pull her
    hugs
    Mabel & Hilda

  28. M. K. Clinton says:

I think your mom should put on some roller skates and let you two pull her around town!

  29. Oh dudes, that looks like Ma when i’m on the other end of the string!!!! BOL!!! I see great minds…..
Your Rose is most beautifuls!!!! I thinks Rosy will just loves it!
    Kisses,
    Ruby ♥

  30. Edie Chase says:

  33. What a nice walk and beautiful rose.

  34. Lee and Phod says:

Looks like your mom got a nice walk with 2 gentlemen.

  35. Jan K says:

What? Mama didn’t appreciate you speeding her by that scary corn field??

  36. Molly and guest Ella actually got a walk last night – it’s been so hot we’re all stuck inside. Looks like you had a much more interesting time with corn fields and roses along the way. (Interesting harnesses – looks like reins…are you training for a pony cart pull?)

  37. Benji says:

You went for a stroll and smelled the roses. Nothing can compete with that 🙂
