we furst have our fuchsia for you… it grows like weed and not even the mama with her 10 black thumbs could kill it by now…

…and a GIANT rose for Rosy…

…then we say Happy Gotcha Day to the most evil critter what destroys all our stuff…it came to us 87 times, after our dad set it free next to the door… it probably was faster back inside than he…

…butt this time our dad brought it to da next kraal and it never will find the way back to our crib…

…and here we are while playing hide&seek… da Nelly is not very good in that…

…and I think I have to tell him as da older brother what a moron he is…

…he shrugged it off and took it like the muppet he is a man… sort of…

  1. OMD! Yu look like we do betimes! Grrs and teeth and all,BOL!

Was that a rat?? Not the right tail for a rabbit…good riddance we hope!

  2. Memories of Eric and Flynn says:

Happy Gotcha Day to that mouse, but I think he might have a homing instinct. Da Nelly needs more lessons at hide and seek. The rose is lovely. Mine are starting to flower now.

  3. Did you share your bed with the mouse last night? 😀

  4. Now that your “house mouse” has been taken to the next town, I think you might not see him again – I’m sure you hope that’s the case anyway. Love your beautiful flowers and plants. Fuschia is sold here in hanging baskets in the Spring but we’ve NEVER seen a whole bush before! WOW! As for playing hide and seek – you have the perfect yard for that kind of fun.

    Hugs, Teddy

  5. Bravo bravo for your fuchsia….I do so love them but have never seen one in the ground only in hanging baskets and even they are hard to find here.
That is a lovely delicate rose.
OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH MY that tree rat is kinda big and not so pretty but nature comes in all shapes, sizes and looks.
MOL Da Nelly da muppet…that was funny.
    Happy weekend to you all
    Hugs Cecilia

  6. My GBGV Life says:

If your dad brought that rabbit our way, it would never be a problem again…just sayin…we have no repeat rabbits in our yard! Happy Friday!

  7. Brian says:

That little critter will be bugging someone else soon!

  8. What exactly is that critter? I hope if you were wanting to be rid of it you took it far far away. That rose is stand out gorgeous! I didn’t have any trouble killing our fuchsia but I am unfortunately a plant killer. You boys look so handsome! Well, the growly teef shot is a little skeery!

  9. Beautiful rose. We hope that critter goes away for good. Somehow they always manae to find their way back to us.

  10. Ah, the lovely flowers will be safe. Creature relocation plan should work better this time. Have a fun weekend

  11. OwyheeStar says:

Wow–never saw a mouse like that one. That looks more like a bunny-mouse. Goodness — won’t it just come back home

  12. Your fuchsia is beautiful. We hope your little rodent friend doesn’t have any family members around. They might come to visit you too. You boys sure look like you are having fun playing together.

  13. Kismet says:

Don’t start calling him a moron. You’ll start a flame war.

  14. I can’t tell what that critter is. Looks like a sort of bunny. So sweet! Glad you didn’t kill it. It’s like field mice here. We try to rehome in the neighbor’s yard! 🙂

  15. So Nelly isn’t good at hide and seek? Neither is Woodrow. They would make quite the pair playing that game.

  16. Hey Phenny, Gail and I are not sure that calling your brother a moron is quite in the spirit of Nature Friday!
    Toodle pip!

  17. I’m thinking the critter should be back in week

  18. Jan K says:

We love your fuchsia, and we are all for any flowers that can’t be killed, our success at gardening is by accident only!
Goodbye to the evil critter, we hope he enjoys his new home!

  28. KB says:

Your fuchsia is GORGEOUS!!! I’m so glad that your mom has kept it alive. And the rose…. wow, Rosy will be happy!!!!

  29. Your fuchsia is incredible! I’ve never had any luck with them and am convinced it’s our neighborhood squirrel gang’s fault. Not mine. Too much. LOL

  30. Marv says:

Your Fushia looks terrific! So does the rose. My Mom has not yet killed her petunias or the Geranium that shares its pot…but I am sure she will soon. And Mice don’t ever manage to get away here (or in Midway) Us cats so so LOVE to decimate them. Ninja and me love to wrestle too! Do you chase each other too?

  31. No hasenpfeffer tonight??? What pretty flowers!!

  32. That is a weird looking critter… but it looks like it needs a fur-ever and ever home. Are you sure you couldn’t oblige?
