BON CHEW & COWCOW,
do you know that wimmen who always have ideas they have to realize immeowdiately and right now? We know such a person too and her name is the mama. And the mama had an idea and because my dad had no eggs-cuse nor came a fat but believable idea in his mind , he jumped in his working clothes and tried to replace the furnitures in the hallway. Just FYI this is the furst time this year but the FOURTH time since last year…
…this time it started with math… and the question was: how to make two half billy’s from one billy?
…wait a minute… do we have a Bil or a Ly then when we halve one Billy?
NOPE…..we will have firewood dude and a dead dad…
…because after he took da measurement 87 times, he followed the idea of the mama to place the door on that frame, put a mark on it…
…and then he really was world worn and mad enough to saw the frame in DA KITCHEN!!!!
… butt with a lot of luck he survived and VIOLA! two billy’s…
…butt who is da Bil and who is da Ly?
…that is samey Nelly… the question is, will we get two identic halved Billys, so the doors will still fit or will we get a st.vitus dancing dad?
…what do you think? you can place a bet if you want…
…at least the backside my dad cut looks promising, right?
…ok, we better help him with being indaway….
…butt like always humans in diy projects are as ungrateful as Holly Gennaro in Die Hard…
…butt to our great surprise the bandy parts fit perfectly together…
A MIRACLE! HOWLELUJAH!
…that must be witchcraft da Phenny… I really thought we can say the famous phrase from da queen of hearts at the end…
…no worries dude… this hallway has two sides and only one is done… there will be more than one chance for us for saying OFF WITH HIS HEAD… and for your amusement we put the whole project in a gallery so you can enjoy the weirdest IKEA hack of all times
HAVE A TROUBLEFREE TUESDAY ALL

Where would we be without our little helpers. We lost money on that one! 😀
WTG your mama had the vision and your Dad had the skill and you two have such keen eyes for details. I am 100% positive this is gonna be a show stopper. Maybe you can name one side Bil and the other side Ly
Hugs Cecilia
IKEA furniture is always a guarantee for fun, even if you want to try to follow the original instructions. Your dad should be very skilled in IKEA assembly procedures by now, and also having lots of extra parts at the end!
Boys, we have no idea what your Dad is making, but maybe we will see the finished project and understand. Pee S. Your Mom does have imaginative ideas!
it’s all natural too: http://www.bachflower.com/rescue-remedy-information/
Oh, ok, so now we don’t understand why your Mama doesn’t like to use it.
What would your dad ever do without all of your brilliant help, boys?! You aced the project!
OK, who’s in the hospital this time?
Ingvar Kamprad he couldn’t stand that we wrecked his allrounder Billy ;O)
I’m glad my wife doesn’t like math. 🙂 She does like to play the sliding tile puzzle game, though, only she uses pictures on the walls in place of tiles.
Hold the press! A DIY-project where your male human did not end up wounded?
So many thoughts — and most have been stated above. I think it is a miracle –walking on hollowing ground
that Dad is a miracle worker! He can do anything! Of course the twins probably figured it out and sent him mind waves first
So much Math is enough to give paws…
Project couldn’t be competed without dogs jumping in to help.Well done

We’re still confused. A Billy here is a pot for boiling water in on a campfire for making (billy) tea. People still say I’ll put the billy on, meaning the kettle to boil water, when you want a cuppa. So we can’t imagine trying to cut one in half.
This DIY project looks like it played out pretty flawlessly, P. Congratulations to your dad. And congratulations to you and your brother for your in-da-way skills. I hope your dad appreciated your help.
Love and licks,
Cupcake
OMD Ma is laughing her azz off. We want to know why the dads saw stuff in the house? and the moms have to get dracula out to clean it up!!! Good thing Ikea is an hour from our house!!
Yay ! A successful DIY project ! Concatulations ! Purrs
Wahoo!! Your Dad couldn’t have done it without you!!!

Congrats to your dad, but he couldn’t have done it without your help.
sorry I laughed at 4 times!!!! your mama needs to get another hobby??
Yahoo! A successful DIY! We knew it could happen!!
OMD! We almost fell off our chairs when we read that the project was a success! That’s quite a different outcome from most of your DIY projects.
Your Papa could obviously not have done it without you boys and the Mama’s guidance! ;p
the critters in the cottage xo
Your Dad does nice work, especially with you two helping. 🙂
If you boys don’t help your dad then who will? Mom has to supervise and come up with more “honey-do” lists. I am so glad that nobody ended up injured with this project.
Good work from all the boys!!! We give your Dad a lot of credit for always being willing to do what the mama wants.
Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber
Your dad is getting very good st the diy. No bandaids were needed this time!
Bravos to all involved – your dad and the mama and of course the two of you as supervisors!
hugs
Haze & Mabel
Congratulations to the two of you, and your dad, for conquering this DIY project. I think your dad is going to be fixing lots of things now. He is in a groove
We have a hard enough time putting them together without hacks. Your dad deserves a gold star! ⭐️
Hooray! A not failed DIY!!! Call the newspaper to make a report!
