to a fabulous FLOWER FURRYDAY by ROSY and DA BOYZ

… and today we will show ya how our backyard looks while we have this evil heat…

…furst there is Mr. Oleander… he is a boozer, so he currently has a rough time…

…like Mr. Rhododendron…. note to ourselves: check if we can smoke the blossoms…

…and there is Mr. Christmess tree … the mama got him once for free from her junkstore… but instead to go straight in da bucket, he made it, even when he lives  topless now…

…and there is the Sedum… smashed from dogpaws…

…butt even with most painstakingly investigation,  the mama has no clue who is to blame , so benefit of the doubt, right?

…. and there is our Hydrangea… britanny is famous for eggs-cessive growing  hydrangeas…

…butt ours looks pitiful this year….

… and last butt not least a rose for Rosy…. one from Da Phenny…

…  one from Da Nelly…. and no, he is NOT on drugs, he always looks a little weedish…

… and another  rose from Da Overlook Twins for all Blogvillers..

Thank you for the bloggers’ roses boys.

  2. Er Phenny, does Nelly read this blog? We fear he might not be too happy being described as looking “a little weedish”.
    Happy Flower Friday guys!

  3. We got lots and lots of rain last night, so our garden is feeling happier. How about you?

  4. niasunset says:

Thank you you are so nice and so lovely Boys! Have a great day and weekend, Love, nia

  5. Our plants are suffering too from lack of WET……we are going to get rain this weekend and next week so hopefully our plants will be happier – WE will be! You guys have a nice backyard to play in and the flowers are there even if they aren’t as happy as they could be. Be careful around the oleander – I think they are poisonous? Have a super fun Friday guys………..

    Love, Teddy

  6. We think your hydrangea is beautiful! Look at all of its pretty blooming flowers! And the roses are just beautiful! Thank you, Phenny and Nelly☺

What a delightful post for Rosy’s special day – well-done boyz. Now I had a little smile when you talked of the Oleander being a ‘boozer’; one of the ditties we learned to remember the ‘profile’ of the homoeopathic medicine of the plant is
    “Oleander is a dandy
How he likes to drink his brandy
take a look upon his cuff
his skin is dull and very scruff
    he has poor digestion too
    constantly is running poo…

    I’ll leave it there!
    Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

We have a massive hydrangea bush at our house too. It likes to take over the entire landscaping if we let it. Happy Friday!

  10. Goose says:

    Just beautiful boys.

  11. Poor Chrismess tree! Our flowers aren’t doing well in the heat, either.

  12. Piglove says:

Always stop and smell the flowers… and pee in bushes. That’s my motto. Snorts and rolls with piggy laughter. Happy Friday my sweet friends. XOXO – Bacon

  13. Brian says:

You boys sure found some pretty ones!

  14. I imagine some of those flowers have a difficult time what with lack of rain and dog attention. 🙂

  15. Madi and mom says:

MOL MOL Da Nelly you look for sure like you have stopped to smell the roses and OMCs you found quite an essence.
Your overlook twins found some purrty posies for Rosy

  16. If stopping to smell the roses can make one look weedish, I need to try doing that more often…

Considering the heat we have had and the lack of rain, we have very few flowers other than what is in Mom’s pots. Mom loves your oleander. And such pretty roses for sweet Rosy.

  30. Such pawsome blooms, guys. Love your hydrangea! I’m sure you know that the Oleander and the Rhododendron are poisonous so care needs to be taken around them.
