Bacon asked for a summer meal… and the Overlook twins put on their thinking caps to create a summer meal you can eat to have summer for da whole year … forever and ever…
you need:
a sucrine (or roman salad) 0,99 euros, cheese, we picked maasdam 2.49 euros, tomatoes 2.99 euros for a kilo, yogurt with 0%fat a pack is 2.29 euros and salmon with garlic&herbes 4.99 euros for one piece… we also used knorr salad dressing “sylt” from our stash
…what a name we will give our creation… it’s very mediterranean… so maybe something what sounds italian?
…ummm ummm umm… how wbout Samonella in salata flatulenca?
….gulp!….
..what? I think that sounds good… let’s start…
wash the salad and the tomatoes and cut it in pieces… open the windows and cut the cheese…
…pre heat your oven to 225°c and let the salmon roast there for 15 minutes…. then you can give it a colorful crust via grill… for 2 minutes or so…
…mix the salad dressing with the yogurt, place the salmon on da salad, add the dressing and viola!
DIG IN!

We love salad and topped with salmon and cheese! It doesn’t get any better than that!
