…and so….
…I then sniffed through my gifts…
….opened some bags…
…and tried to wreck da rope toy…
…and then I discovered the BESTEST gift of all…
…da wrapping paper!
…so if you still look for a gift for your bestest friend… buy a roll of wrapping paper, that’s THE BEST!

Wow, that sounds good fun. I like plastic coca cola bottles best. I run and kick them around and my mum chases me around to catch me. Then I chew the cap off and lick the last drops from the bottle. I think the paper crumbling and tearing sounds fun.
How sweet! You were all excited with the basket of new toys, but you still took time to tell Dad how happy they made you! (I could tell because you wagged your tail when you told him! Everyone knows a doggy’s tail never lies!)
Just think of all the money your Mom could have saved if she’d known ahead of time that a roll of wrapping paper would have been more fun than a basket of toys!

Your mom and our mom must be sisters from different misters. Our mom can’t ever wait to give pressies and if you tell her to wait for a certain date to open one she never obeys and opens it right away. Walter agrees that the best part of any pressie is the wrappings.

Callie, Shadow, and Ducky rarely bothered/bother with the paper. They’d rather go straight to the toys. Strange, huh?! 🤣
