look we decorated my crib for easter…
…furst the mama put all the crap fartpieces from the junkstore on da table…
…then she hung easter eggs on da chestnut branches my dad cut off with his own paws while cursing like a sailor smiling with joy about the good idea to cut branches in da pouring rain
…then she removed the eggs to replace it with another one…
…and then she replaced the replaced eggs with another one… I kid you not butt that lasted for 87 hours… or more…
….that was something for the always impatient weimaraner, I tell ya…
…and so I tried to help her with rearranging that eggs, before she ends eggs-hausted…
….yo… I think we nailed it… that looks eggs-cellent…
…and we two eggs-perts took a break on my shameofa to watched our eggs-siding oeuf-re…
…the mama is eggs-tremely glad that I helped her … and I’m glad too… that we finished that concoction BEFORE christmas…howlelujah!

How awesome!! Mom hasn’t done any decorating on the inside of the Hotel Thompson. However, I did see some local rabbits in my backyard yesterday leaving some ‘treats’ if you know what I mean. Snorts and rolls with piggy laughter. XOXO – Bacon
First I am impressed. I have 4 cats and have to keep my tablescapes to a minimum because they can’t agree on placement. One thinks some of the decorations should be on the floor while another likes one or two things in the cat bed. Once cat needs a spot between the decorations to nap. (Not that my cats would ever go on the dining room table!) Looks like the weimer does an eggscellent job!
You did a great job helping your mom with those decorations Phenny. We bet the Easter Bunny will leave you lots of treats in your basket when he sees such a pretty table.
We think your mama did a great job! We don’t have any Easter decorations here.

Before Christmas? You finally got last Easter’s stuff up.
Hoppy Easter Phenny and what a tall boy you are now! Tall enough to look onto the table top for goodies. Milo just had a growth spurt and is also just tall enough to look onto the table as a scavanger hunt.
Da Phenny your staff needs to start their on home decorating show on HGTV…well done to both. We love the Easter Eggs on the branches….now all this being said if we had that on our ……MY…..table I’d re arrange it in a heart beat

At least in your crib there *are* decorations…more than we can say about our bare place…I can’t even go to see the Easter Bunny (And not a beheaded one, but a real life sized alive one with a big soft lap full of eggs…) cause petcretary has to be at her work…sheesh…and Pawppy dares not take me, BOL, BOL!

How festive. Mom got some of these Brach’s marshmallow eggs they sold back in the Bronze age when she was a kid. You don’t see them at stores anymore but this specialty shop had them. They’re individually wrapped now (when she was a kid you ate them, dust bunnies, cooties, link and all.) Every year she hides them around the house like her Mom did and makes whoever is visiting go find them. Depending on age the winner may get a chocolate bunny, or a bottle of Scotch. – Abby Lab
