BON CHEW
from POINT CLOS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT da ole airfield of Gaël.
Today 870000 many guests are there in the pouring rain of brittany to see the
SPECTACULAR MACH2 RUN WITH BREAKING THE SOUND BARRIER
our candy date Benji aka 0011 is well prepared, he is a canine TOP ATHLETE and his turbo loaders are in bestestest shape…
I just check the direction of the wind… ummm…yeah… good … and then I start the countdown…
87…
…one…
…zero…
RUN FORREST BENJI RUN!
….omd… you nearly can’t see how fast his paws touch the ground…
…the audience stops its breath…
…and here comes the barrier…….and he gets wings …and OMD! he really can do that…
and the mach-o-meter shows me…
…. that he BROKE THE SONIC BARRIER
…the barrier is broken to pieces…
the machmeter too…
…and the audience swooned and stands on its head…
WHAT AN EVENT!
…. and I immediately will interview the sound barrier breaker …
What have you felt as you dashed through that barrier?
0011: The start was kind of iffy; I got off on the wrong paw. Then I saw that barrier coming towards me at such a high speed and I was thinking “man how am I going to go through that barrier”? But once my mind was in gear Mach 2+ it kind of just came together and I flew over it. Imagine that; it’s that simple. I think that’s what’s holding most bipeds and quadrupeds back. You see, you don’t fly through the barrier but over it. So it’s just a different mindset that you have to have. I’m sure that my Dumbo ears helped me too. They gave me additional lift.
Can you say something about that sonic barrier? Is it made of cheese?… please say yes!
0011: Sorry buddy, no cheese there. I have to add though at Mach 2+ speed everything becomes kind of blurry. But, I definitely did not see anything yellow; I would have remembered that bright color.
After the Concorde is retired now, will you offer your running technique to the airplane-guys so they maybe can use it to make the flying machines a little faster?
0011: Of course, I will make anything available for a good price. A plush bed to practice Zuluism (a form of meditation started by Ms. Zulu), my own supersonic race track, a nice Furrari with a chauffeur to get me to and from my gigs, and of course a lifelong treat account that is indefinitely replenished with goods will all be welcomed with high paws from me.
Do you see a chance to be maybe the first dog who can make the Mach3?
0011: I would like to think that I could. But I first got to train for it. Where are those burgers?
How will this world record change your life? I mean there will be lots of groupies, pawty invitations, talk shows and supermarkt openings for you… how will you handle all that fame?
0011: The first groupie already announced herself and she is a Princess no less; thanks dear Princess Leah from Red Planet Pictures, many pawkisses for you! While I can be a bit shy, I think I’m ready for the fame. After all I am a Dogtor (or Dogtor Who, depending on who you ask) and I am known to hand out a firm pawshake left and right.
Would you like to thank someone this moment? Maybe your mama or the Wright Brothers or the Universe?
0011: First, I would like to thank the animal shelter in North Florida for giving me a space to set up camp when I was homeless as I was still small potatoes at the time. Special thanks also to my forever family and blogger friends for enabling me to take this pawbulous journey into Blogville and welcoming me with open extremities. Luckily, HQ was able to expedite the approval stamp for this special mission. The endorsement and recommendation letters sent by you, my true blogger friends, must have helped tremendously. I truly could not have done this without you. So a BIG THANK you to all of you hardworking and caring souls. I am humbled by your kindness!
Do you have a message for the world? NOW is the time to spread it to all the gazillions of peeps and pets who are glued to their compawters, flap-tops and puplets…
0011: Say cheese! Nay, I am just kidding. Honestly it’s a heavy loaded question, so heavy it may sink to the bottom of the lake if I would stand in one. Let me ponder for a moment as my answer will most definitely define the future of the world. It’s like using my S-SD device (the Super ScrewDriver not to be confused with Doctor Who’s sonic screwdriver), one turn in the wrong direction (and yes who would have guessed that, is a turn to the right) and the world is screwed. So getting back to your question, what is my message? Sniff out the good stuff and follow your nose. Happy tails!
We hope you enjoyed this breathtaking event and you will be there too when we try to break that mach 3 !… after a short howl-i-day and some rest…
HAVE A WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY ALL

DP, you do seem born for these challenges. Hope Benji’s feet have cooled down now.
Such an exciting event, P. For such a tiny butterball to develop into such a rocket ship is an amazing feat. Sorry about the cheese, though. I was also hoping….

WOW – that was so totally eggciting to see a WORLD record broken and to hear from the recordbreaker HIMSELF how he felt when he entered the record books with his SPEEDY run. How lucky you were Da Phenny to witness the event. Thank heavens you had photographic support so we could all enjoy it ourselves. Benji and you deserve that hot tub break after such an eggciting day!

By the way u asked about the Beauty and the Beast movie…The movie was pawsome. All the songs are in the movie. We were worried there was no singing from watching the preview. All the songs were there. Even some songs I dont remember too, maybe they were new? We liked the movie. Great computer graphic animation stuff going on in that movie.
Wow, that is an awesome event! We aren’t surprised it went well.

Wow, that was simply amazing. Does Benji just load up with burgers or sup rocket fuel too? I have to say I was a wee bit nervous about the outcome of this stupendous event, and so relieved it all turned out well!
Toodle pip!
Bertie.

Dezi and Raena
Loved seeing Villa Tranquill in prior post. Lee would love to visit and she would stay there definitely. We like out of the way places. Lee often wonders if her ancestors ~great great grandfather~ went through the area to get to the States. Now about breaking the sound barrier remember to seal it back up again before the aliens get through.
Thanks for being a friend
Sweet William The Scot
BRAVO! What s stupendous run! We still can’t believe that run…..or flight. WOW! Get that boy some cheese.
OMD! That was so thrilling. You are a great interviewer too! The speed was incredible ♥

Woos – Lightning and Misty
It’s great to see that lots of great furry ones enthusiastically came out to the event and are reading the one-hundred-and-one pages report. What a crowd. We could not have hoped for more Da Phenny. Benji

Mr Bailey, Hazel & Mabel
What a great event. Imagine Benji broke the sound barrier. He’s good. He will be surrounded by furry groupies. Hopefully he has a plan. This kind of talent can’t be lost in an endless stream of booze and drugs. He must get busy practicin’ for Mach 3.
You have fantastic interviewing skills Phenny. Very informative interview.
Shoko and Kali
Those ears did the trick. (and Awwwww. Too much cuteness. Overload!)

Wowee! He *did* it!!! Condogulations!!! What fun, and now I will do an honorary run in my yard for the feeling of wind in my schnooter and making my ears flap. Wait, its windy today…I have to make sure I run in the right direction to get more push from behind!! BOL!

What an incredible feat!!! What wonderful reporting OOH myyy Dogss this is something we pups will bark about forever! Why this is a history making event and we all got to see it!! Pawsome Job Phenny!
I saw once on Spaceballs that if you go at a fast enough speed, everything turns plaid. And then into plaid cheese…
Q has been using his spy satellite and found the location of the Mach-2 event. Now he needs to find a way to post the picture.
OMD!!! That was beyond pawsome! And yes, you most definitely can get a HUGE awww at the little baby pupster-Mach-dog in training. Sweet travels on your next adventure, fur-iends!
Thanks fur-iend!
I just revisited this page as I referred to it again and I am still LOL!
