I said YES!
You probably know the game, but I will share the instructions…
Shop for groceries, share the prices with blogville and create a meal with sharing the recipe in a post … not difficult huh? After finishing your post, you can link to me and to Bacon, so we know that you are “in”…
I thought this month we can make a
a PIE or a dessert or anything sweet.

Something what maybe is tradition in your family for special occasions … or something a granny or a momma made for you to cheer you up after a hard day, or something what was common in your furmily for birthdays or special events…
So look for your thinking cap, grab a shopping cart and create a classics of your furmily… and maybe you can share the story behind? That would be great!!!
As an example the granny of the mama always made eggs sunny side up as soon she saw that the mama makes a grumpy face when the school bus passed by… that’s technically no pie, but it was something what helped to come over bad and sad things al little easier… The mama knew that her granny cared for her and that helped her to furget a big fat math-F, the with a big NO! answered will-you-be-my-boyfriend-letter or the mean comments of a mean teacher…
Pies are good, Don McLean knew that as he wrote his song and also Jason Biggs, even when he used it an uncommon way…

Wowzers! You did some serious shopping, and you look great as a Dr. Seuss character!
My Mom made the best chocolate cake for my birthday… the best. Just a sheet cake and I am pretty sure it just came out of box. It always had those little sugar thingies that had letters and flowers for decoration. I think her love of making the cake and her love for holidays is what made it the BEST chocolate cake!

We will try to get our mom to participate. Our pawrents all time favorite is pumpkin pie that is usually made for Thanksgiving but can be enjoyed all year round.
