This time we highlight a main course what’s neither fish, nor meat… sounds complicated? Nope… not for SUPER CHEF PHENNY and SUPER CHEF BASHFUL… here is our
NUTTY CHEESE TARTE
you need:
1 short pastry eu 0.89/$$0.94, canned pears eu 1.99/$$ 2.11, lettuce hearts eu 1.29/$$1.37, camembert, we used Caprice des Dieux eu 3.65/$$ 3.87, creme fraiche eu 0.99/$$ 1.05, cranberry jelly eu 2.49/$$2.64, Knorr salat fix from our stash and walnuts from our garden, also fleur de sel and pepper from our kitchen board
furst sniff around in your kitchen for a kitchen strainer for the pears… and preheat your oven…
…then count the pears and cut them in slices…
…grab a fork and punch holes in that pastry…
…throw the creme fraiche with some salt&peppa on the pastry, add the pears and the walnuts and the cutted cheese while blocking your nose with a clothes peg… and place that tarte in the oven.
while waiting for the tarte you can fart on your daddy’s chair…
…while your roustabout can wash and prepare the salad…
supervized by a chef, of course…
…that’s all … you can play a little with things from the trashcan now till the tarte is ready…
oh sh*t! da tarte !!!!
…or till you notice a weird smell….
….pheeew … that was near a miss….
…halve the tarte and throw it on da plates, put the salat on the table … add some cranberry jelly and…. DIG IN!
… butt not before your bestest chefs got a chewing bone…
…a big one… of course!!!

Phenny that tart is absolutely GORGEOUS and it looks very yummy – did you get to sample it along with the chewing stick???? I think even my Mom could make that tart so I’m going to insist she do that ASAP because I think Teddy and I would enjoy a taste and I KNOW my poor starving Pop would! That Tart looks SO good. Mom stuffed some pasta shells full of a mixture of 3 kinds of cheese with some parsley and an egg and covered them with meat sauce and they are in the oven right now!

Happy Birthday Buddy…..I like Birthdays….cake with nip icing is the best. I see your tart would go along with our pastry….it’s a big un. It looks so good. Remember, if something is burnt it’s because you planned it that eay. Charcoal is very good for the human body and you can never have enough.
