today we have superbad weather… it rains and it is as dark as in the butt of a salamander. Not really sun&fun… butt even when the sky wears 50 shades of grey and we can’t discover beautiful things outside, we can look for beautiful things inside… inside of my crib and inside of our tummies. And we can make our own sun, ha! How? That’s Easy…with
EASY’S EGGS ROYALE
you need:
eggs, salmon,howlandaise,muffins, vinegar, spices and your paws (it’s not necessary to wash them before)… oh an please don’t use smoked salmon with 5 different peppers and cilantro… you will swig like a horse… it’s better to use nekked salmon…. just saying…
Furst we poach the eggs in a boiling water-vinegar mix
then we halve the muffins and we are stunned that we got 8 halves from 4 muffins… that’s no miracle, just math what’s the same for my momma…
and because that smarty pants poured the water away, we make a new water-vinegar mix…and start again with poaching the next 4 eggs….
while we prepare the last 4 eggs, we can make the howlandaise, we have 2 respectively 4 paws, right?
we used an instant product, what says “low fat” butt honestly, have you ever heard of a low fat howlandaise… I mean how shall it work when the chief ingredient is pure butter? butt we use it and it reassures my mother and the Suzie Quattro Memorial Pants… so Meh!
then we place 4 halves of the muffins on a plate, add the salmon, the poached eggs and the howlandaise on the top and then we throw it in our preheated oven…
While you wait for your eggs royale you can wander around your kitchen table 87 times…
…or you can take a nap… till…
… oh sh*t it stinks like a garbage incineration plant…. and it comes from MY kitchen…
…so we better run and rescue the eggs…
…Pheeeew that was a near mess miss, huh?
…place the plates on the table and park your humans on the chairs and be happy that you get a different meal today…
…even when it is beef… mahahahahan!
…and with humans who have 4 little suns in their tummies and a pup who has beef in his 7 stomaches, the world looks friendly and beautiful… even when it still rains….right?
… and now gimme a treat woman!

Mom has the Maggie Hollandaise sauce imported because she loves it so much. We have several packages in our cupboard. No other is as good and if it isn’t the Maggie kind, Mom won’t eat it. Yum! We usually get a spoon of it too.

Awwwww, Easy, I’d like to change your mom’s 4 suns against our 1, that is, ONE sun, which is shining and shining and shining and makes a huge over-heated oven from our streets and cribs. We have almost 40C for weeks!
oMD that’s a hot summer… well.. let’s say we take the half of your one sun, so we both have the perfect weather for a walk… and I send some rain, you will need it after the fiery eggs royale :o)
OK, deal done!!! Some rain in the evenings would be perfect! I had to cope with a gigantically long hose in order to water our poor garden. It has a U-shape, and I always have to drag the hose after me, while I worry whether I will also water someone’s rooms or not 🙂
… maybe you can make some money that way? cool shower…comes suddenly and uneggs-pected for 10 euros :o)
