I’ve found some signs of  spring  in my backyard….

…look,  the daffodils came out …

..because I watered them efurry day…

… now they smell like pee and probably that’s the reason that they are yell-ow :o)…

Another sign of spring is, that boots are no longer on my menu card…

…now I eat flip flops and sandals …

…and I think I’m well prepared for the BOYZ NIGHT

  3. Daffodils, so early? We don’t see daffodils till May. Our ground is still frozen. We just got our Christmas Candy Cane lights out of the ground last week. We were delighted! Mom loves the flip flops…she has to buy new flip flops this year as the old ones are missing….wonder where they went. It is time she gets new ones…this woman holds on to everything she wears for many a year. She needs the sandal type without the partion for the toe.

  4. DailyMusings says:

wow Daffodils! A true sign of spring- it looks like your watering did the trick!

  5. Your external Spring has sprung on those daffodils Easy – how kind you are. Enjoy the sandalwiches 😀

I think this blog entry should be an important reference point for all doggies who are banned for life from gardening. BTW, you could hem… water our garden, too! It is huge and is full of d(ri)ed grass.

  7. Emmadog says:

The only yellow in our yard is yellow snow. We got about 10 inches last night. It will melt fast, but the grass is once again in hiding.

  8. fredrieka says:

Momwithoutpaws has been working every day in her garden cleaning out sticks, and stuff, I like the sticks, and she squealed happily when she see things poking their noses out of the ground.

  9. Well it really does look like Spring is springing there Easy. Not here – we have NO signs of Spring……..in fact one forecast for tonight says “snow showers” – HUH? I thought we’d put that away for the year. Sigh. We haven’t seen a daffodil OR a sandal here since last summer. Maybe I should have watered the flowers better like you did??

    Hugs, Sammy

  10. Mrs P says:

Haha soooo that’s why daffodils are yellow 🙂

  18. Your such a great Gardner, your flowers look so pretty, thanks for watering them. It is flip flop season, yeah except we have snow today. What a fun guys day, can Gambler join you, he promises to leave his paw in the popcorn dish. Good spot on the bunnies on the cup at the dr, I didn’t even notice, how funny!

  22. Happy Spring Easy…Jack wants to know what this Boys Night is all about!

  23. Hello Easy! Oh, your daffodils are a sure sign of Spring…and the flip-flops as well. Flip-flops aren’t as stinky as boots but they sure sate a chewing appetite, don’t they? I am sorry I wasn’t around lately…Ma has been volunteering and it has completely cramped my computer time. Glad to see you are keeping everything going (crazy).

  24. Novroz says:

I never experienced four season but I can imagine how good spring is…after all the cold in winter 🙂

  25. raisingdaisy says:

Haha! We saw little daffodil stems poking up last week after The Great Thaw, but they got covered over with another 6″ of snow Friday! Now that’s melting and they’re trying again. We LOVE your howling pic!! 😀

  26. Kismet says:

Don’t they call shoes “chewssures” there?

  27. Brian Frum says:

It sure is nice to have Spring springing up all over Easy!

  30. rottrover says:

Easy, dude…have you tried Mephisto sandals yet? They are to die for!!

  31. So nice to see some sunny flowers arriving. (Molly and the German have decided to elp with a bit of fertilizing as well as watering of flower beds…hey, it’s been really really raining and the flower beds are islands in the swamp. No one like wet toes.)
Great to see you’ve got everything under paw control!

  32. PigLove says:

I like your guys day brother. I have a question though about shoes and humans. Why are they so important to the humans? One little nibble on one of mom’s red bottomed heels and you would have thought gunfire was done in the Hotel Thompson. I don’t get it. Do you? XOXO – Bacon

    • bro, the red soles are like the red light of a traffic light and it means STOP!!!!!! they are made in hell by a guy who hates all dad’s, because he wants to see them ruined. and to tell the truth the taste of a red sole isn’t the real mc coy… but the face of my mom is… :o)

      • PigLove says:

Snorts – I learned real quick when I was little. Red soled high heels are way OFF limits – like beyond limits. I explained that to the little guy here. No red soled pumps or your butt will get pumped. Snorts and rolls with laughter. XOXO – Bacon

  33. stella rose says:

WE have no flowers yet, and no yellow flowers so either we are not peeing in the right place or we need a lesson in how to make flowers yellow, anyway your flowers are beautiful…mom has to hide her flipflopper from us, cos Maggie chews on them also…Gussie is still out partying the night away.
