….a Christmas Chewroll… Carol…
… ahem…
…there once was a little kraal in britanny. On a sunday. And it was cold enough on that sunday in the little kraal of britanny to freeze the balls of a brass monkey. Look, all the roofs are white…
And on this ass cold sunday in that little kraal in britanny a man thought to take a walk with his dog. And so that man went outside where he waited till he turned blue with cold like one of that ugly smurfs. Because that dog was a Weimaraner who refused to lift his butt and to walk around in that darned cold.
That smart guy slept under his blankie and ignored the chatter of the teeth of that man and the rattle with the leash…
… he just turned his butt to and fro to find a comfy position and gave a monkeys fart on the calls of that man…
….and probably the man still waits in that cold for the Weimaraner who will stay in his bed, till we have warmer temperatures… come on, 8°C/46 F is unbearable for a guy like me….
I’m NOT a polar bear. And therefore that man is pi**ed now, that means we have some yellow ice cubes in my back yard…
…oh and look, I have a haunted thermometer:
…or that thermometer has the same sense for math like my momma… it says 8°C are 46°F… or 44°F… or icy cold, whatever… I rather listen to my own TAILmometer..
… and because it’s mischief monday, here another piece of bungling of someone who lives in my crib:
…there once was a woman in Blogville… and like the most women she would like to have a real Bill Brown in her MY office… yeah Pawcasso was yesterday, that guy is totally dated…
… butt a real artpiece needs a frame, right? Right. And so that woman bought a frame…. and although she saw that this drawing is in high size, she bought a frame for horizontal format…(please ignore that trashy spider-dude, butt it’s not easy to find a frame in that size, not even one with the wrong format)
… and there we have it…. butt hey, it’s a real Bill Brown :o)… and yes, it totally fits… many thanks evil squirrel :o)
Be careful with hiding from the cold, E. Next thing they’ll be dressing you in knitted sweaters and parka coats with faux fur around the hood. Trust me – I know….
Love and licks,
Cupcake
That’s very wise Easy, you stay safe and warm in this cold weather. I luffs snuggling under the blankets as well !
Loves and licky kisses
Princess Leah xxx
Stay safe and warm! Whee won’t be leaving the house until it’s Spring now!
xxxx
Easy, could you pass this great behaviour onto our two? The colder/wetter/more horrid it gets, the more they want to go out 😀
Goodness me Easy…poor dad will freeze out there…I can send some sunshine if you like…hopefully it won’t go off in transit 🙂 and hey Cupcake is right…you are so asking for a sweater haaahahaa..and yes I do mum stuff like your mum did..think once measure never 🙂 loves Fozziemum xx
Brrrrr……you can always trust your tailmometer Easy! It will never let you down (or up). I bet your Dad wished that he’d stayed all snuggly in the bed with you instead of freezing his newly repaired parts out in the cold!!!!! Too bad about the frame BUTTT it does work after all…..when you’re lying down, the frame is right side up! (huh?)
Happy Moanday, Sammy
I do not cooperate when it is cold BTW 43F is not cold, we have had 19 already your being a wimp Easy! Your biped needs a thicker coat and you a sweater
Brrrrr that sounds well cold. Lovely and sunny and mild here so we are doing OK. Have a marvellous Monday.
Best wishes Molly
Easy you are smart to stay all cozy under that blanket- 44 is way too cold for going outside. Here’s something that might help…https://www.etsy.com/listing/119419589/weimaraner-dog-hood?ref=shop_home_active_13

Ha!!!! This is just fabulous! The only question is how could we find items for the staff which harmonize with these thingies. Which breed mom and dad might belong to???
well, here’s one for mom http://thefashionblanket.blogspot.com/2009/12/winter-hood.html
🙂
we need all coats an hoods we can get, that was really cold for our area and the icy rain was totally annoying :o)
ALWAYS trust the tail brother, always. Although I find 44 a comfortable temp to venture outside, even without my very handsome coat. I understand that for some it is a freeze your dangles off tempt for those who are not use to it. Although these days I would prefer to stay warm under my blankie. After all we know when we HAVE to go outside. When you do go out make sure you keep clear of the frozen yellow ice cubes.
Blessings,
Goose
MOL MOL Easy… you my silvermistygray hunk are too funny…I am proud that you held your ground about walking in the cold. Bad enough you have to expose your bits and pieces to peepee.
Hugs and stay warm dear friend. DO NOT COME TO NC..it was 36 hear this morning
Madi your bfff
I’m glad to see Robbie made it across the ocean and into your lovely Spiderman frame! There actually were three cards in the series that would’ve worked well in that horizontal frame (though two have already been accounted for)… but you know Spiderman can hang sideways, so it’s all good!
of course and the spider-guy is anyway just the sidekick, Robbie is THE ONE :o)
Easy, it was in the 40s here last week as well…in the mornings only but still. I personally LOVED it, what with my two coats of fur to keep me warm. It’s my kind of weather…not that 98F but feels like 105F with humidity…that Ma and Daddy-dog can have. Though, I will agree with you that it is definitely nice to be snuggled under the blankets during weather like that as well. I sure hope it wasn’t 46F in your crib. Brrrrr.
Oz
I would love to see the silvermistygrey pup in a Christmas sweater!
yes, I would like one… even a really ugly christmas sweater :o) sadly they only have sweaters for small pups and my mom is still busy to finish the sweater for my grampy (it was the gift for his 40th birthday… and he turned 70 last month) :o)
I Know how you feel Easy – it’s getting a little chilly in the mornings here too and I’d just as soon stay curled up in my bed too!
that is what you need a nice coat to keep you warm
OMP Squeals. Totally creative of you bro. Shivers – I hate the cold too. Can you wake me when its spring? XOXO – Bacon
Oh Easy, just grow a fur and wool coat like me! Wooooowooooooo, Ku
You look nice and cozy under your blanket. Brrrrr
Lily & Edward
I hope you shared those covers with the brass monkey Easy!
Easy you are smart to stay in bed when it is cold!!! That art work is sooo cool! Barks and licks and love, Dakota
46F is practically beach weather!
yes for penguins and polar bears and maybe for Moby Dick LOL
Stay warm under that blankie! You make me smile every Monday!
I don’t even go out when the grounds are wet, much less in the rain.
We had a couple of cold days in Seville, that felt specially cold after coming from a warmer place. Around 2-3ºc
Now is back to normal 10-15
Doggy wasn’t sleeping on the floor, he normally does.
He was using his bed which he hates any other day.
OMC Easy dat’s cold!!! We don’t blame ya’ fur not wantin’ to go out in it. Fank catness we be kitties and hav a box in da house. Dat’s what yous need, a little patch of gwass in da corner, MOL
Luv ya’
Dezi and Lexi
You are so fortunate – we have a couple of your kindred around here who are left outside in those temps!
8C??? You’re cold at 8C? You lucky dog….its 8C! Kali and I are out investigating the back yard and not feeling cold and its -5C. Kali is a wimp from way back and so I know she’s not feeling the cold if she’s out and about. See, what you need is the temperature go down to -35C for a week and then -8C is a piece of cake my friend. hehe
(((Shoko)))
You need a thicker fur coat my friend! Those temps are called a heatwave this time of year where I live! Humans wear shorts outside even!
Poor dad! And 46 degrees is not cold! I don’t even wear a sweater until its in the 20s (mom makes me). I think you need a nice warm coat and go for that walk with your nice dad! Love Dolly
I and Maggie runs out into the cold, gussie runs under the table all around the porch, back into the recliner until mom has to pick him up and carry him out to Alcatraz. Although he is small he is heavy!!
stella rose
That is pretty chilly Easy. It gets way colder here though. We are brave and go out. We are excited that it was only about -2 C today.
OMD! it was 18 F here this morning. You need to get your dad some gloves to wear!
hugs
Mr Bailey & Hazel
You should come to our house and we will show you how to have fun in the cold. Butt if you are comfy in bed then that takes priority. What was your dad thinking?
Your Pals,
Murphy & Stanley
You are like my cat Farbexplosion who stays inside during the whole winter. Ask your servants to give you a litter box (or two boxes, Farbexplosion has two boxes too).
Oh come on! 8C is not soooo cold!
Next time run and hug your daddy, he looks you he needed a big Easy hug 😉
What a story! A cold ass is a terrible thing indeed.
You look cozy but Dad looks rather chilly. Hope you both recovered.
janet
My momma says dat are too cold for her!
As Cupcake mentioned knitted sweaters: Miss D’s mommy knits dog sweaters! If you’re naughty, Santa may decide to send you a purple dinosaur sweater with green polka dots! aiee!
We like your Bart blanket.
Good job Easy…why is it that peeps think we need to go outside to pees Icecisles all over the palce.
The Mad Scots
Guess we will have to pack up some of our furs for that dog who doesn’t like the cold:0
Woos – Phantom, Ciara, and Lightning
Oh Easy, you are so mean to your Dad! Hate to tell you, but that is a welcome temperature this time of year. Hope your Dad forgave you and curled up with you!

Marty
Congratulations on the acquisition of Robbie Raccoon! I know how it is to stand outside “encouraging” whilst being ignored! 😀
We just hope you stay toasty…we were shivering at the sight of that cold roof!!
Smileys!
Dory, Jakey, Arty & Bilbo
crack me up, I would stay snuggled in bed to on cold days.
LOL 40’s is a Spring day to brown dawgs. 🙂
Stay warm, Easy and stay under the blankets as long as you can! 🙂
You have life by the tail Mr Easy; and what a pad with the blankee……..we all should be so darned fortunate. :O)
Oh my goodness that dog is cute. The cold guy is cute too in a different sort of way. But that dog! And you got Robbie! So cute! Hope you and yours stay warm and merry!
46 sounds balmy to us about right now….we’d take it!!
