HELL-O,
sorry that I was not there the last two days, butt the silvermistygrey pup was busy with writing his Christmas cards.
I always had an eye on my staff, because they have clumsy paws. And my mom with a scissors is a public danger… just saying..
… and a dad who can’t spell his own name is not the best choice for writing my cards…
.. so I worked like a slave the whole time…
… butt now we are ready and we hope La Poste will bring all that stuff to you till Christmas.
We also had a nuclear meltdown yesterday, as my mom was on the way back from buying more envelopes…
While she drove in her special mom-style with one hand on her leg and the steering wheel between two fingers, suddenly a warning light popped up and the servo steering said bye and just that moment she spured the Elephant Skater because it went uphill. In the middle of a dangerous bend the ride went straight ahead and my momma plowed the front yard of a guy who has his house exactly on that friggin place. 87 hortensias were crunched by the wheels of the Elephant Skater, butt they were anyway faded and till next year the tire marks will disappear. A practiced driver can handle such situations, butt there was only my mom on board and the world misses 87 hortensias now. Fortunately there was no contraflow as she crossed the street like a missile. With her wirelike arms she directed the servo-less Elephant Skater home where she howled her woe to my dad who said, that happened to him too once and she shouldn’t make such a fuss. It also happened to my grampy as the car was nearly brand new , so the grampy wasn’t that impressed as my mom expected… By now no car-guy could find the reason of this sudden death of the servo steering, because it always worked when they checked it. And why neither my grampy nor my dad shared the wisdom of the haunted servo steering with my mom is a miracle…. Maybe the whole ride is haunted like the car of Mr. Kings novel “Christine” and my mom should wear a garlic necklace next time. Or we call an exorcist…or in worst case we join the crew of 87k pissed GM drivers who have the same problem….
My mom said she never will drive that ride … well… that’s a blessing for the driving public…. and if she thinks that the bearded fat man in the red suit brings her a new car, she barks up the wrong tree….that’s as sure as eggs is eggs…
Well I’m glad to hear Mum’s safe after her little off road excursion!
Take care
Loves and licky kisses

What a scare your mom had- there must be a way to check this out and rid the evil demon from the elephant skater. If not I think it might be a perfect time for a trade in
🙂
Easy my friend..it is time for a blogville exorcism for sure..what next???? The Elephant skater becoming an actual skate….I am so glad mum is ok though..and yes the hortensias will come back….mums don’t have the same casual attitude to car malfunctions..i always fear I will be left up shyte crek without a paddle and a truck bearing down on me…I don’ blame mum for boycotting the Elephant Skater…I suggest she gets a bicycle…cue Queen…I want to ride my bicycle…. loves and hugs Fozziemum xxx
How scary. Whee are currently snoopervising with our little hoomans writing their cards too. It’s a full time job!
xxxx
Yikes! Glad your Mom was alright after the hortensia murder scene. Scary to have an unreliably steering elephant skater! I’ve been busy sending out my cards and actually ran out of them yesterday so Mom’s ordering more for pickup today. It’s always something around here. Anyway, may today be QUIET in your crib as you get ready for Christmas AND your grandparents to arrive bringing you at least 87 presents!
Hugs, Sammy
That story is heart-stopping, E. Steering is kind of an important feature of cars…. When that craps out, there’s not much else to count on. Yikes! Maybe your mom should get a pony.
Love and licks,
Cupcake
Momwithoutpaws name is Christine and she can be a bit unpredictable for sure. WHo needs cars that are unpredictable, may be she will take you for more walks since she will not be driving any more
Phew – thinking of your Mom’s driving position and that out of control skater – it’s a miracle it turned out so well!
Your poor mom. It’s time you get a driver’s licence yourself. I’m glad you and your mom didn’t get hurt.
Sounds like it’s time to get a goat or horse to ride as your transportation. Oooo then you could get a cool cart for them to pull you along. Or Or better yet you could get the Budwiser horses and their cool drool cart. Then you could have all the beers you can lap up as they take you to your destination. I am glad your mom is OK.
Blessings,
Goose
On no poor mum. Crikey that must have been scary. LOL don’t get the car exorcised just ask the poltergeist to levitate all the way home next time. Have a fabulous Friday.
Best wishes Molly
OMG That’s a really scary thing to have happened! I’m glad your mom’s okay. I don’t think my mom would drive the same car again either.
The elephant skater has a mind of its own I am thinking. Glad your Mom is ok and enjoy your company!
We are sure glad that Mom is okay but you need to make sure she doesn’t go out alone Easy MOL!
It’s okay brother. You can really tell us what happened. Your mom was practicing for Nascar racing here in the States, right? Watch out Danica Patrick – Easy’s mom is coming for you – snorts. XOXO – Bacon
bro that would be priceless with our 89 hp… is it possible to start one day earlier? :o)
I’m sure we can work on that. I mean hey, what’s a day head start right? Snorts! XOXO – Bacon
I am very glad that your mom is ok, I’m sure that had to scare her half to death. *hugs* to all of you
Glad you mom is okay Easy…a haunted car, now that would be something to see wouldn’t it.
good to hear she did make it home safe
Yikes. So glad your mom is okay!
I often spell my name wrong too. It’s tougher than it looks.
OMD Easy….those peeps of yours sure know how to keep you on the edge of your haunches don’t they BOL?! We are glad your Mama is ok!!
Smileys!

Are you sure your mom isn’t a descendant of the Keystone Kops and your dad of the three stooges? You should be applying to every animal agency to get you out of the disaster zone.
Kyla they are probably related or they try to start a remake…. and the car is probably made from the parts of that Christine :o)
BOL!
I think it is straightforward that your dad should buy such a thingy for your mom: http://thumbs.dreamstime.com/z/witches-broom-14974800.jpg, or this one: http://thumbs.dreamstime.com/z/witch-broom-pentacle-spells-13814906.jpg or maybe this would be even more perfect for her: http://www.halloweenforum.com/attachments/halloween-props/153548d1368137408-witch-broom-seniors-witches-broom-3.jpg.
BTW: I think the staff and your grampy should consult with each other about the circumstances when the Elephant Skater got wild under their butt – they might find out some common thingy and identify the source of this behavior.
hahahaha! yes! we have a door what leads to our attic, that would be the perfect airport for broomsticks :o)
Oh Easy brother do I know what you mean about sharp objects and Moms! Mom has to have supervision slicing veggies. Please tell your DAD he has most well organized and neat desk we have ever in all our years seen. We give him an A+
Thank goodness your mom didn’t run into a fence or a tree. Give the staff a hug from
Madi and mom
Oh no cars can be dangerous!
oh dear, a car with a mind of it’s own. That is no good at all. Yes, fill the trunk and back seat with garlic and rosaries.
Wyatt and Stanzie
OMG EASY!! I MUST stop laughing and first say that THANK GOD your Mom is ok! That’s first! Who cares about the flowers? Maybe you should write a letter to the manufacturer???? There might be money in it!!!! That shouldn’t have happened. I did laugh about “Christine” though, that car scared me! Oh and Mom said to say she LOVES your Dad’s office! Wish Mom’s was neat like that! Barks and licks and love, Dakota
Shew, so glad the moms is safe…Scary…Easy, you fill our day with laughs, each time I read your blog I know it’s gonna be hilarious…so thank you! Keep the fun coming…Continuing well wishes for your dad too…Happy Holiday Easy! Hugs
Teach your dad how to spell and your mom how to drive. Now you – – – well – – – just be good and give both of them big sloppy kisses.
Oh boy! I think the mom needs a new ride! Better have a chat with Santa about that or you may be stuck at home forever!
Maybe someone could start a petition to Santa to get your Mom a new ride? It would mean everyone out on the roads was safer, so I think lots of people would sign it.
We’re just glad your Mom is OK!!
You always make us laugh so much and that is worth all the gold in the world. Tell momma to be safe!!

You know my Lee drives a Toyota Rav and they have this acceleration problem. The first week new as a babies butt the darn thing accelerated right into a parking sign. She was standing on the brake her passenger said she could see light under her butt. Lee had to get a new bumper. Toyota said their was nothing wrong. But last week she actually got a check for $29.00 in some settlement that her model was included in. And the mechanic who was fired from the dealership told Lee they had switched out a part in her car. Well it has never happened again, thank the powers that be.
Thanks for not forgetting me Easy
Sweet William The Scot
You CERTAINLY did have your paws full keeping the peeps … Working fur YOU…. You are QUITE the Task Master… the DUKE of DISCIPLINE pawhaps..
OMD your poor Mom… the Elephant Skater… went on an UPHILL RAMPAGE…
OUR mom would need a new SEAT after that… beclaws we are SURE it would NEVER DRY Out… and would always smell like a Pee Pee Pad… in need of Tossing.

My, my….these vehicles deem to be too dangerous for me. I only ride to the vets or the day spa….hate both of them so am on pins and needles all the way there and back. I know driving techniques are so different. Dad is busy adjusting the radio, the heat, turning down the radio etc. Where mom gets in the car and looks all over before she moves in the car. Then we go cruisin’ along at 40km…looking all over for other vehicles and people…quit lookin’ up mom! They aren’t going to come floating down to land in front of the car. Wow!!!
(((Shoko)))
Glad Mom is safe….and so glad you are around there to keep an eye on them two….they sound DANGEROUS!….have a great weekend!

Oh how scary for poor Mom! Bad luck for the blooms. 😀

Crikey Easy… you’ve sure got your hands full with those two, aye?? I’ve got no idea how you all survive. Glad your Mom’s safe for the moment.
gosh that sounded scary, your peeps sure keep you busy don’t they,xx Speedy
Oh, no!! We are sure glad your Mom is safe and flowers was all the Elephant Skater took out, they will grow back. Maybe you need to just walk your Mom everywhere she needs to go sweet Easy. It is scary with all that is going on with so many cars now days. We know if you walked your Mom the most that could happen would be if she had to try and keep up with you if you saw a varmint to chase, all should be safe that way because a little running never hurt anybody, right? lol Hugs and nose kisses
Yikes, so glad your Mom is ok and the e-skater doesn’t look too messed up. Like you Dad said, those things happen (to all of us) one time or another. I’ll bet by next Spring, even the plant things will be just fine. Here’s wishing you guys have a totally accident free weekend. ❤
Puppy kisses from Sam.
Oh boy that is scary, I am so glad your mom is ok. How nice of you to get your cards all done and in the mail. You such a great guy!
Good grief Easy that must have been frightening!! I am releived your Mom is all right & I think maybe a new car is in order…or an exorcism; whichever is more affordable? 😉
Love Sherri-Ellen x0
OMG I hope your mom wasn’t wearing her favorite pants… bet those are ruined! Hope the haunting spirits leave you soon. Mom needs a demon bell! I have a post about those.
That must have been very frightening for your mom to loose her steering. We are happy she is safe even if the flowers didn’t survive.

Good work on the cards, ours will be coming via email! Love Dolly
