Easy started to walk in a stiff manner, probably because the bites hit the muscles. He is in his wardrobe and looks very sad. He refuses to leave his “bunker”. Not even for baby food…

I hope he feels better soon and will be back to his silvermistygrey normal . The “bullet holes” are disinfected and we think they are more “grazing shots”.
He is disappointed and confused about the agressive behavior of this dog. His view of life got some cracks and that’s what makes me pissed. I hope will not turn turn into a fear biter
or a bully when he loses the confidence in other dogs. I don’t blame it on the other dog, NEVER, he is a poor guy, condemned to vegetate on a chain.
But I blame it on the people who do such things to dogs… and who give a monkeys fart on the consequences of her acting. And I’m sad,
because now my dog has pains because of the irresponsibility of this folks.

Poor Easy..i am so sad for him ..what a rude way to learn of pups who have no nice manners because of idiot owners who should never be allowed to own a pet cactus let alone an animal..i think for Easy to get him with a friend he is comfortable with on a playdate…maybe as soon as possible so he can have his positive experiences reinforced….my heart goes out to you,to see our friends so down is terribly sad ..he also will be upset due to his dad being hurt also..i hope Easy can feel better soon as to see him like this is very upsetting…and hugs to you and poor Easy’s dad who also must be hiding in the wardrobe. It is very worrying when outgoing dogs get attacked, we seriously hope Easy hasn’t lost his confidence. You’re right though about that poor dog on a chain. The owners are 100% responsible for that attack and the dog really should go and live with people who like dogs 😦 Big hugs to the injured

OMG, I’m seriously concerned – Easy does not want to write an entry into his bloggy! Maybe it is not only his soul that is injured but his leg might have a boo-boo, too. I think you should visit the fat with dad – at least, his injuries from the heroic fight could be seen by the dogtor, and you could consult him what to do with the poisonous mushroom and his owner. Those dogs are dangerous – what if they run away and attack a child?
Once when a big dog bit me, I had to have surgery and a drain to take out the poison from my neck. I hope Easy and Daddy don’t have poisons in them. Have they been checked? I still love all dogs and people, so I am hopeful that my friend Easy will still be a friendly boy. Feel better, buddy.

Mom and I are super sad about Easy and his Dad both being attacked by that dog who broke away from his chain. We feel bad about that poor dog being chained up (which is SOOOO wrong!!!) but mostly for you all – it should never have happened and now Easy has lost his confidence – Even though his wounds were attended to right away, it may be that bites into the muscle might make him super stiff and uncomfortable – AND confused. His Dad really got mangled too. Those dog owners shouldn’t have animals….or children….or any living thing to look after – LOVE is not on a chain!!! We send hugs to all of you – BIG ones – and hope that Easy and his Dad will both be alright in time.

So sad for Easy and his Dad. Willow, our silvermistygrey pup was attacked by a German Shepherd at the dog park in October 2013. We had gone to the dog park everyday for six years without incident, then this. The attack was vicious and the wounds were deep. She is such a good dog, she just dropped to the ground while being attacked – she didn’t bite back. Luckily Dad was with us and managed to chase the other dog away by putting on his biggest barking voice while that dog’s owner stood and watched from a distance doing nothing. It took a long time for the wounds to heal – physically and emotionally; like Easy, I think her heart was a bit broken by it all. We don’t go to the dog park anymore as she is a little nervous around some other dogs and we don’t want her to fear bite any of her fur friends. However, we have had several get-together with her best fur buddies since then, and in her “I’m a wonderful Weim” way, she is always as happy to see them and play with them as ever. Wishing you both a speedy recovery – body and mind. Hugs to Easy; sometimes all we need is a little time in our bunker to rest and recover. XO.

Easy what happened is just terrible. In my city the police come and the peeps have to appear in court. Peeps get fined and all medical records for the dog is checked.
My city just had a terrible case where a dog attacked a little girl. The little girl was playing on the street. Police had to kill the dog to get him off of the child. The child lost her tongue and face disfigurement for life. Easy you be careful around that dog.

Oh William that’s such a sad story….. I wish all people would take good care on their dogs that accidents like the one in our city never will happen. I’m so sad that this people here refuse to buy a gate, the problem would be solved and the dogs had not to spend their life on a rusty chain…

It is sad that it happened and you all were in the right, totally innocent. We had a big dog approach us that was loose in the yard two weeks ago. Mom was really scared a fight would start, but she screamed like a mad woman and the owner finally came out and called his dog. Some people are real ignorant.
OH MY DAWGNESS! How awful! That makes me mad and sad at the same time.

I’m so sorry you are sore and sad. It makes me sad to see you that way, it is really a monday moan day. Get better soon buddy and hope your pops is ok to.
So sad to see Easy so sad. What is the matter with people? We have new neighbors that have a dog and now that they live in the “country” they think the dog needs to run loose and experience country life. It has almost been hit several times. I just don’t get it.
This makes me so sad. Duncan agility dog around the corner was attacked by 2 dog bullies. Duncan lost a leg, but survive. Before he was quite friendly. Now he is anxious and barks and lunges on the leash. Molly is very depressed her friend isn’t friendly. But all of us with friendly dogs in the neighborhood and Duncan’s mom are slowly trying to reassure him he’s safe.
That dog on the chain is in such a sad situation. Bad negligent owners ruining him.
Molly was a rescue dog. She was chained and wired around her middle ( skin grew over it) until she managed to bite free and was collected by some who had been watching and waiting for a chance to intervene. She was wild wild and aggressive, so she went through multiple homes until us. We’ve had tormented/abused dogs before, but she almost did us in. And we were her last hope.
Now she’s knows she’s here for good and safe and is such a baby ( a few wild times and eating of window sills if we leave too long, but everyday is better.) MAybe that pup will manage to escape and find a owner that will cherish him and make him the dog he was meant to be

My heart breaks looking at poor Easy. Terrible experience and similar to one my Lola had with a new neighbor’s dog. Half of our neighbors have dogs and they all get along just fine, playing and even sharing toys. So Lola was quite surprised when the new dog moved in and bit her in the butt when she turned her back. It’s surprised me too since the woman has 4 dogs and 2 are supposedly therapy dogs…you’d think she’d know how to handle them.
I feel so sorry for Lola, that are things what shouldn’t happen :o(
