So, while my dad is busy to find NOTHING, I have a
SHOUT 
OUT.
OUT.The two blondes from kitty corner over the channel aka Mollie&Alfie will have an auction. It’s for Mabel Lou and her mom Holly. Sadly Mabel Lou died in case of bloat, the nightmare of all dog pawrents. Bloat is a very dangerous thingy and I only know one dog who survived the riskfull surgery and that’s Rainy the Weim. My doggy-mom Alaska died from bloat too although the breeder is a vet and acted immediately as she discovered the problem. The worst is, that there is no prevention, surgery or treatment what ensures to avoid bloat.
So it happened to Mabel Lou. And she hasn’t survived. Now her mom is alone with a high vet bill and in addition to the grief and the distress for the loss of Mabel Lou she has to worry how she shall pay the bill. Therefore Mollie&Alfie will help to raise some money with donations and with an auction. Maybe you can donate some items too, or you can buy something, or you can help Holly with a donation? That would be great!
I know money grows not on trees and there are always things in our everyday life what take priority. So if you can’t help with donating money or items, maybe it’s possible help Holly with sharing the post of Mollie&Alfie on your social media thingies. That’s a great way too to support Holly . Sorry to hear about Mabel Lou going to the Bridge with such an awful thing as bloat. We don’t really know that much about it but it sure sounds very dangerous. We will help as we can with the auction at Mollie and Alfie’s for sure! As for you making your Dad hunt for something that was INVISIBLE – that’s very naughty of you but I’m sure you had fun making him think you’d found something back there worthy of him fetching it for you…..haha….imagine…..a dog getting his human to FETCH! BRAVO FOR YOU BROTHER!

Oh Easy…poor dad..what if he had found some DIY job under there….then he would be laughing and the joke on you…bwahaaaha we will be finding a way to help out with the Auction…bloat is terrible my sisters Great Dane had it and survived…amazing..as it is so bad..we feed our pups two small meals a day and no sport before or after..it’s one small effort to help with prevention..you go help dad make the bed now Easy 🙂 hgs and loves Fozziemum xx

We heard about that, so sad. Mom saw bloat first hand in Germany working with her vet friend. It is a terrible, terrible thing. You are so sweet for helping out.

Easy you are a silly. I am very sorry to read about Mabel. You know two dogs who survived bloat. Thunder is three years post bloat this month. It was a scary expensive time. I understand what she is going through. We were lucky because Thunder had a full recovery.
