Bad weather – need a tether
Yesterday I read at Mollie’s blog that they have stormy weather in uk. I did think by myself: Oh boy, this are bad news for sunday. I was right. Mostly we have the same weather like uk one or two days later. Sure, we are  neighbors only a little bit water is between us. (We are carthographically neighbors of the states and canada too. WTH are the postal fees on both sides so high? It’s the neighboring country, there is also only some water among them.)
It is dark outside as in the ass of a salamander, the wind is blowing that my ears are flattering like the 4th of july flaggs. I’m afraid I will blown away like Dorothy in “Wizard of Oz” with my whole crib. Really uncomfy. I solved my morning ritual very fast so I could quickly go back into my bed.
We have june and we have SUMMER! But since yet we have had not one really summer day.
My morning ritual is holy and I’m the one and only atomic clock on four paws. I wake up every day at 7 o’clock to inspect my backyard. Yeeeaaah, I know it’s sunday-who cares? Even tired? Not my problem. Let’s go!
No I’m not tired or drunken. It’s only a bad pic.
After Inspection I’m entering my bed again and sleep one hour or two. Then I’m ready for the first walk of the day. My staff is very slowly and I have to push them with excessive barking every morning. Have you ever heared a complain of me like “it’s sunday”, “it’s christmas”, “easter” or “shitty desaster day” ? No. I’m doing straight my job every day. When I can, so you can do it too. So yes, WE can. And please: you have to do this with a smile and not with this crinkling and grumpy face, ok? Huuuuuuumans!!!
Ps. Dear Queen Elizabeth, please don’t send the bad weather to us . Rather send us something from Burberry’s or every day a great portion of Fish&Chips or this fabulous Scones.

  1. Well, I for once, gonna take the human’s side lol. I usually wake up really early with Doggy, but there are days when I want to stretch it a little longer on bed, I do feel guilty cuz I know Doggy wants to go out, but I have managed to lure him back to bed by a good belly scratch till he falls sleep again, then I wake him up and off we go. To be afraid of the rain, water is your friend lol.

  2. My experience with water is not the best. When I come in contact with water I’m starting to get stink like… like.. ? …yeah! like a wet dog. Thats only the water not me. I must roll myself in the bed to get dry and after this my whole bed smells like this stuff what contains in water.

It’s over here! Today’s temp is a sultry 100F. I’d send ya some heat if I could.

  4. ha ha – very funny! Our boy has had a few VERY wet walks lately!

Welcome to my world! 🙂 I’ve been wearing my wellies and rain mac for weeks. My beautiful fluffy coat turns inside out like one of those umbrella things! 🙂 I bet you were out partying Saturday night! don’t believe it was a bad picture 🙂 Bol!!

    • Ok, I will be honest: I had a party. With some frogs, ducks, fishes and salamanders. All those animals occupied my backyard because it looks actually like a swamp. My staff couldn’t wear wellies since I’ve punched some holes in it. I should buy new wellies from my pocketmoney (<—NEVER!) , someone has to stop the rain(<— BUT WHO?) or they always have wet paws (<—WHO CARES?).

From what we see…looks like a little washin’ will take care of it and that sure is easier than paintin’. You could just put more black spots there and have a mighty purty wall that would work too. Hugs and nose kisses
